What a beautiful hotel, we were welcomed warmly by the staff from the airport ( pick-up was free) and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was also upgraded for free. We loved our stay in the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality. šŸ˜Š

Great service! we were allowed to check in early, and even had a room upgrade! we didn't know where to start exploring zhang jia jie and the nature park and was promptly guided based on the number of days we had planned. everything was arranged - itinerary, cable car rides, how to get from point to point, excellent! room was in great condition - clean, lots of amenities, and fantastic view. breakfast was plenty good too. kudos to the team for your curated service and ensuring we've had a worry-free stay and experience. Would recommend for those who wish to visit the national forest park to stay here.
