Great value with very helpful and friendly staff. The included breakfast was a great perk as well. All the necessary amenities are available as well. Great location to check out Nagoya. Also the shuttle to and from the train station came in handy many times.

A bit far from the train stations and bus stops, but the hotel offers free shuttle services at 15-minute intervals to Nagoya station, which was really convenient! The staff was accommodating and friendly and there's space for luggage storage. Also enjoyed the free breakfast and the facilities, such as microwave, water dispenser, reliable free wifi, etc. Finally, the real highlight for me was how clean the hotel room was - it felt like I was the first one to use it. My first time in Japan and it was very enjoyable thanks to this hotel :)

The hotel is in Nagoya and is very convenient. Although I made the mistake of booking a smoking room, so it obviously smells like smoke. Be aware of that, but overall, the hotel is clean, has easy check-in and check-out, and the staff are very friendly. It is also convenient to walk around Nagoya. It is a little further to the train station, but it is not more than a 10-minute walk, so please bear that in mind.

It is far from Nagoya Station but they have shuttle bus that will bring you to and from the station so it is very convenient. the room is small with hard bed but if you are out the whole day it is enough. there is alao breakfast available. Amenities are good.
