We had a pleasant stay at the resort. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, we would like to raise one concern during our arrival. It was raining when we reached the gate, and although we had already informed the lady guard that we had a reservation, she requested our details first before allowing us to enter. We hope this process can be improved to make the check-in experience more convenient for guests, especially during unfavorable weather conditions.

I love the place my family so much enjoy, it's awesome! it's luxurious value for money the staff are so Nice well trained. and it's recommended the food is really nice breakfast buffet really good the rooms are beautiful close the beach and next to the green nature love it!

We had a great 2-night stay at Costa Palawan Resort! The place was relaxing and beautifully maintained — perfect for a quick getaway. The food was excellent, with a good variety and generous servings, and the staff were all wonderful — very polite, attentive, and always ready to help.
The only minor inconvenience was that the parking area is a bit far from the main hotel, but everything else made up for it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we’d definitely love to stay here again! 🌴✨
