I had an incredible stay at La Casa Blanca. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to local attractions/restaurants but still peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area and will definitely be staying here again!

The main reasons for this 5-star review was that the hotel was true to its word: it was pet-friendly. We left our dogs’ vaccine cards and the staff were considerate enough and waited for the soft copies the next day. They also gave underpads for our pets. The pet fee per day was reasonable at P650 per pet for 3 days. The staff were also polite and helpful. They assisted us in securing a parking spot (there were limited parking spots in the city center especially during the holidays), booking local tours, and secured us a massage appointment last minute. The room was not modern but was clean. The food was mid but coffee was good. The location of the hotel was right smack in the middle of everything. Would stay here again.

everything is perfect except to the front desk named MJ, she always saying NO and dedicated with her job. The room is nice & clean, child friendly & the pool is great. They also have free shuttle going to calle crisologo. 10/10 for the cleanliness, ambiance. 0/10 for the front desk named MJ.
