The place was very nice, and the location was great, as it is very close to the mall. However, the staff on our first day, specifically the older gentleman who welcomed us, gave off a vibe that made us feel unwelcome. This continued for two consecutive days. In contrast, the woman, whom I believe is the caretaker, was incredibly kind and good. Overall, it was a perfect experience, except for the older gentleman who kinda ruined the vibe, to be honest. I’ll still choose to stay there when I get the chance again. Thanks!

The room was quite spacious and has a small kitchen which is perfect if you're planning to eat in.

Kew hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and accomodating. The hot water and pressure in the shower worked which was very important for us after a tiring day. The hotel is situated near restaurants and a mall which is convenient. This was a very last-minute booking and it didn't reflect on the hotel's system right away but they still honored our booking by checking our voucher. The double rooms that I originally got were fully booked so they gave us twin rooms instead and just put the 2 beds together. All in all, we were satisfied with our booking.

The breakfast is delicious and filling, and the service is exceptional—they truly pay attention to every detail to make guests feel welcome. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing holiday, a quiet spot to write, or to focus on any personal project. As with any island stay, I strongly suggest renting a motorbike for convenience. There’s also a shopping mall nearby for anything you might need. Overall, great price, excellent service, and a wonderful experience. Definitely a 10/10.

The resort is really nice in person. I think they need to update their photos online because I thought the facilities look old in photos but looks really clean and modern in person. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The room we booked is also huge and looks really nice which I didn’t expect from the photos in the website.

The hotel is clean and also near the mall. Easy for transportation and good place to rest.
