Why didn't I earn KlookCash for my review?

Your review won't earn KlookCash if:

• You've already submitted 10 reviews this month
• The booking was canceled or refunded
• The ticket cost HKD38 (about USD5) or less, including free bookings
• You've already reviewed the same activity for another visit in the same month (only the first review earns KlookCash)
• The activity already has 100 or more reviews that earned KlookCash
• It's a flight or Hong Kong High Speed Rail booking
• Your review doesn't meet the minimum character count or photo requirements
