How do I use the No-show Refund?
You can make a No-show Refund claim when (a) the free cancellation window has passed, and (b) up to your intended participation date.
- Go to the Account page and select “Bookings”, where you can find your booking with the No-show Refund upgrade
- Under Booking details, find your Upgrade details and select “Claim”
- Fill up the Claims form and submit!
Once the above steps are completed, please give our team around 14 working days to assess and finalise your claim.
