What happens after my No-show Refund claim is approved?

If your claim has been approved, you'll get a 60% refund of your activity booking.*

Your No-show Refund refund will be credited to your initial payment method.

If you used both KlookCash and cash to pay for your booking, you will receive the refund of your booking value in the same ratio as your initial payment. For example:

  1. Your activity was US$100 and No-show Refund was US$4
  2. You used US$90 and US$10 worth of KlookCash to pay for your booking
  3. Once your claim is approved, you will receive 60% refund of your activity booking*
  4. You will receive a US$60 refund for your booking, comprising US$54 cash and US$6 worth of KlookCash.

*No-show Refund upgrade fee is not part of your activity cost and is non-refundable, even if your claim is approved.
