We had a very good instructor! My son had never surfed before! This was his first experience. On his very first try, my son was able to stay on the waves by himself. A big thank you to the instructor. We were a little late, but our agent wrote that they were waiting for us and we could still come. Thank you to the company for that ❤️

highly recommended for full cultural experince, we just regretted that we only got to spend few hours and if we only knew that tey have variety of cultural shows, we could have stayed longer, must visit when in Bali

We arrived at 9:10 AM, about a 40-minute Grab taxi ride from Sanur. I didn't realize it was in Kuta, but it was perfect for a day of water fun with the family. My 6th-grade son took a surfing class, and there were so many exciting activities that we had a blast. It's similar to Korea's Caribbean Bay, but not as large. We actually preferred the smaller size because it made navigating easier. Please note that outside food is not allowed when entering! However, you can always find it again when you leave. The staff were very friendly, and the locker rooms were clean and nice. The staff also clean the restrooms very frequently to prevent guests from slipping! Even if you're not visiting with children, Waterbom Bali won't disappoint! Highly recommended! It's best to book in advance and download your voucher. Any remaining balance from food or class fees paid inside will be fully refunded when you leave.

I had an incredible time taking a surf lesson at Daddy & Mom Surf School! The teacher was super friendly, patient, and explained all the techniques clearly, making it easy to catch my first waves even as a beginner. On top of the great guidance, the lesson was very affordable for the top-notch quality you get. Surfing here is a total must-try experience when you're in Bali!

We bought a package B but ended with multiples xtra rides for our family. Price is reasonable and all the rides are well recommended to try. Thank you to our driver, Mr Nyoman Arta for his kind heart for letting my family to enjoy to the fullest. His patience is much appreciated. Its my daughter's first time doing the Sea Walking. She has been well taken care of by the staffs during the whole process. Salute to the jetski instructor who lead my daughter to her extreme rides. Because of his skills that made my daughter requested to ride the jetski again and again. Look for Pak Wina when you get there. He will attend to you responsively. It was an amazing experience! We (a huge family of 16) booked for a 5.30pm slot and it was just perfect. We had time to take beautiful sunset photos as we requested the food to be served at 6pm. Staff were very friendly and warm, even helped to take photos. The food served was delicious too. Highly recommended.

This is a review of UP2U Surf School. They safely stored our valuables in a locker and were very accommodating with our schedule. Even though I don't speak English well, the lesson was no problem, and instructor Chris taught at a level appropriate for us. I missed checking my email (the email from the company was classified as spam), so we couldn't make it at the scheduled time, but they arranged an instructor for us when we showed up unexpectedly. We booked a 2:1 private lesson and are very satisfied as it allowed us to surf successfully at a great price. I will definitely book again on my next visit to Kuta. I'll be sure to check my email properly next time. I highly recommend UP2U Surf School.
