we took the 2 days tour with photographer. Driver and transport was very comfortable and prompt. Tour guide contacted us the day for reminder to double check with us too. Guide was very friendly and was chatting with us when we first got there. The transition from point to point was smooth , little to no waiting time. The equipment used for snorkelling was clean and doest smell funky at all. The crew man for the snorkelling was very professional and not pushy at all. At no point I did not felt save around the crew, simple instructions were given and followed, showing us different spots of coral reefs , watching out for our safety. Lunch was good as well, just a simple chicken, bean curd and sambal which was very delicious. For day 2 , our day started quite early. Headed to the simple medical check as the requirements for the entrance for the entrance to ijen. Arrived at the small coffee shop to drink and distribute the gas mask and head lamp. During the walk up , there was plenty of rest area. The blue flame area is not the same place as the crater , there is a walk down which was a little steep. The walk towards the too was much more manageable with much less steep slopes. More photos and videos were taken by the guide. The baluran safari was in the afternoon after a break. Plenty of photos and videos were taken as well. Scenery was good , didn't manage to see alot of animals which is okay. The guide/photographer is very skillfull , will guide us on what to pose and all. We enjoyed the process, if you do not like taking lots of pictures this bonus option might not be for you 🤣

Had great experience right front the start. we started around 2:45 am in the morning! Had good conversation with Mr. Abdi who had taken us to Klook base camp and from there we met Mr. Ngurah who was driving the 4x4 jeep and taken us to Mount Batur. He was professional and very communicative. He was very patient enough taking our pics al over the trip. Only one thing which was disappointing is was not able to see sun rise due to rains and bad weather. Apart from it the whole team did a great job. Kudos to everyone.

We were picked up from the ferry at Sanur Harbor early in the morning from the SR Coffee Shop. Ari and her team did an excellent job as tour operators, and I am very thankful for them. The trip was a very enjoyable one.

Our Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise Tour and Black Lava Tour was an amazing experience, made even better thanks to WAYANG. From the start, he was friendly, funny, and very sociable, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. He is a confident and skilled driver who handled the rough terrain smoothly, so we felt safe throughout the journey. Wayang went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed every moment. He checked in on us regularly and never rushed the tour. We especially appreciated how much effort he put into taking photos for us — he knew the best spots and patiently took multiple shots until they turned out exactly how we wanted. His guidance helped us capture beautiful memories of the sunrise and the black lava landscape. What truly stood out was his positive attitude and genuine care for his guests. The Mount Batur sunrise was unforgettable, and having Wayang as our guide made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic time at the Uluwatu Temple. Seeing the Balinese culture right in front of my eyes was mesmerising (Plus encountering a few rebellious monkeys didn't hurt!). Getting to witness the Kecak dance ceremony in person was awesome. Incredible performances all-round and very entertaining. I had a great tour guide in Made Pasek. He made the journey much more immersive and I enjoyed his company. Highly recommend!

What a pleasant day it was meeting our tour guide, Ah Long. He is a local Chinese guide who speaks excellent Mandarin. Patient, polite, punctual, and very knowledgeable, he even brought us to enjoy a delicious and affordable local lunch. We had a great time and truly enjoyed our trip with Ah Long.

Where to begin?! This tour was amazing from beginnig to end! First dropped off for white water rafting, had a welcome drink, put on a vest, grabbed a paddle and onto the truck. You get transferred to the top of the trail and it’s about 10 mins walk down to the river. Paddle down the river, jump in and float down, stand under a waterfall, stop to have a beer half way and then keep going. After rafting, there is shower facilities, lunch was included so had some chicken curry, mie goreng and watermelon. Next we traveled to Alasan Adventures for the ATV. The set up was beautiful. Met at the lobby area and then directed up to the prep area where you got your locker key to store your gear then put on your ‘socks’ (plastic bags for your feet, hilarious), gumboots, and helmet. after a quick instruction off you went, it was amazing riding though mud, up and down, through a tunnel. After ATV have a shower and go to their restaurant which is gorgeous for more food. loved this and would go again!

What a wonderful trip! I have no complaints—everything was perfect: timely pick-up, friendly staff, and a comfortable boat, along with all the beautiful locations and fantastic weather. We set out early for the boat, allowing us to be among the first to arrive at each location, which meant we enjoyed less crowded spots before the others arrived. I was a bit concerned about the lunch box based on previous comments, but it turned out to be quite good. I had the chicken, and it was delicious! I highly recommend this tour!
