We had the most incredible experience with Ngurah and Made, who were not only our 4x4 jeep drivers but also our talented photographers during our recent trip. From the very beginning, they stood out with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine passion for what they do. Ngurah and Made made our sunrise adventure absolutely unforgettable. Their driving skills on challenging terrain were nothing short of amazing — we always felt completely safe and well taken care of, even as we climbed steep slopes and rugged paths to catch the perfect views. They know the area like the back of their hands, and thanks to them, we got to the most breathtaking spots at just the right time, avoiding crowds and capturing the serenity of nature in all its glory. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was their dual role as photographers. They truly have an eye for beauty and composition. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts! We will never forget this day 💛

Lya is a super super passionate person who really enjoys what she does. Her actions were clear in showing how dedicated she is to what she does. Nice photos were taken for us non stop to the point where other people are crowding around her to see her amazing photo taking skills! My happy Bali memories include the trip to Batur. I highly recommend traveling with Sandi & Jernat, who are responsible for your Bali day from A to Z. Sandi picked me up at 3 AM for the Batur trip. He was waiting in front of my place 10 minutes early. He even played BLACKPINK songs, which put me in a great mood for the trip. Most of all, I appreciated that he spoke English well, making communication easy. Many Grab drivers don't speak English well ㅠㅠ I was also able to ask him about Bali, which was great haha. Sandi must have been tired because I'm so curious and ask so many questions ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Thanks to him, I had a chance to understand Bali better, which was really great. Jernat drove the Jeep, and he considered the fact that we weren't particularly knowledgeable about photography. He took photos at the best times and spots. Because the clouds were covering the stars and the mountain, he took pictures at the perfect moments when the clouds cleared. He just knew exactly what to do!ㅋㅋㅋ As a Samsung-Galaxy user, I now understand why people love iPhones. JERNAT's photos ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Ah, iPhone photos are perfect as wallpaper!! The best!! The colors are just amazing ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Thank you for taking such beautiful pictures^^ I also like the candid shots ~ B-cuts that you secretly took while telling us to rest^^ I'm so happy with them that I will recommend them to my friends who travel to Bali in the future ㅋㅋ Actually, I hesitated at first because the price was a bit high, but considering the satisfaction, the price is worth it. Adding Ayung River rafting made it an even happier memory.

a wonderful experience! the ride was adventurous and a little scary at times going up the mountain to mount batur lookout points. the itinerary is similar to many other daily trips so check carefully! our guide was willing to change and help us if we wanted to stop somewhere else

It was a wonderful trip with our awesome tour guide couple, Jero and Sari. Their company definitely made the trip unforgettable. The breathtaking view from the top of Mount Batur, along with great food and amazing photography by Jero, was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. We also had a meaningful cultural experience at Pura Segara Ulun Danu Batur, followed by coffee with a stunning view of the volcano, which was recommended by Sari. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit.

Amazing experience! Our driver, Dede, was super punctual, warm, and really went the extra mile to make our trip enjoyable. He even helped us capture some great photos at the Kintamani café and Tegalalang Rice Terrace. Everything was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this tour and Dede if you’re visiting Bali!

1. Car- Our driver Indra is super nice, giving us clear instructions whenever we arrive the destination. The car is also clean & comfortable, we fell asleep so many times. 2. Jeep tour - guide Koman took many beautiful photos for us. We lost our phone in the Jeep, he helped us to keep it till we went back to get it!🥺 Even though it’s cloudy day, but the view is still amazing. special. ***Don’t forget to stay warm during jeep tour, or just rent a blanket before you start the trip!*** 3. Coffee farm - Putu gave us very detailed explanation of how the farm works. Very different from the one I went before! 4. Overall highly recommend this trip. Batur mountain is very beautiful, the vibe in OMMA club is good, people made our trip special.

The driver and tour guide (a friendly young man and young lady) were absolutely wonderful!They greeted us with warm smiles and enthusiastically outlined the itinerary upon meeting. The driver drove with exceptional care,ensuring a smooth and safe journey. When it rained during the trip, they proactively offered us umbrellas and patiently took photos and videos for us throughout the trip,capturing every memorable moment. Their kindness made us feel the genuine warmth of Indonesian hospitality. We’re truly grateful to them—we never imagined we’d encounter such thoughtful and professional guides!
