The puppies were very cute and the yoga instructor was very Zen and professional. We really enjoyed the session and also playing with the puppies after that.

it was a very relaxing and soothing massage. scents in the place were nice. respectful and v nice staff.

We contacted them via WhatsApp beforehand, and they picked us up at our hotel. Since there was a mall nearby, they dropped us off there on the way back, and we enjoyed some food and shopping before taking a taxi home. I found the location to be very convenient. As this was my first massage, I can't technically compare it to other places, but it felt wonderful, and I was completely satisfied with the experience.

My wife and I had the most beautiful afternoon. The views were amazing, sunset out of this world. Staff were the best,polite and accommodating especially Mila who was just awesome. Food was delicious and cocktails so refreshing. Will definitely go back in a heartbeat.

We arrived at 9:10 AM, about a 40-minute Grab taxi ride from Sanur. I didn't realize it was in Kuta, but it was perfect for a day of water fun with the family. My 6th-grade son took a surfing class, and there were so many exciting activities that we had a blast. It's similar to Korea's Caribbean Bay, but not as large. We actually preferred the smaller size because it made navigating easier. Please note that outside food is not allowed when entering! However, you can always find it again when you leave. The staff were very friendly, and the locker rooms were clean and nice. The staff also clean the restrooms very frequently to prevent guests from slipping! Even if you're not visiting with children, Waterbom Bali won't disappoint! Highly recommended! It's best to book in advance and download your voucher. Any remaining balance from food or class fees paid inside will be fully refunded when you leave.

A beautiful place with a magical view. The staff is very sweet, our server Dipa was very caring. The pool is clean and the food is very good! Entry via klook was very easy, they scanned the voucher, handed us our bands, and we were on our way 👌🏻

Good coaching by JO. He is very patient and waiting for the right wave for me to try. Even in the beginning I do not surf well but he assure me the falling in to the water is better than falling on the ground. In the end I was able to get a better feel on how to surf. Will come back in the future. They should improve facility for shower
