Extremely Beginner-Friendly: This is one of the few venues specifically highlighted by the Consumer Council, which "strongly recommends beginners take a class first." Coaches strictly teach proper and safe falling techniques.
Professional Coach Guidance: On-site coaches are highly responsive and proactively warn players when they observe dangerous movements, a point particularly praised by the Consumer Council.
Child and Family Friendly:
The Kai Tak branch features an 8-meter-high auto-belay climbing wall, suitable for children aged 4 and above, as well as beginners.
The San Po Kong branch offers a custom-designed climbing wall for children and a professional children's climbing school.
Diverse Facilities:
The Shek Mun branch: Hong Kong's first 24-hour indoor bouldering gym, spanning 4,000 square feet and equipped with a Kilter board.
The Kai Tak branch: Boasts a 15-meter-high speed climbing wall that meets international standards.
The Tai Koo branch: Located in Paradise Mall, it offers over a hundred routes designed by international route setters from Japan.

The instructions were very straightforward regarding about the pick up spot. The boatman, Felix, was a very nice gentleman who accommodated all of our needs that day. Despite of him being alone on board to cater to our needs, he was still able to provide a flawless and a spot on costumer service. BBQ was very nice for lunch. Will definitely come back and recommend this package to friends and family for next time.

Restaurant Environment: Well-lit, clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Service: Waitstaff promptly cleared finished dishes and cups. A chef also proactively recommended that guests visit the outdoor barbecue area to pick up food.
Price: Using the buy-one-get-one-free offer made it quite a good deal, slightly cheaper compared to other hotels.
Food Taste: The theme was barbecue, with items grilled to order. There was also a live roasted suckling pig station, though there was a waiting time of about 10 minutes after the pig was served. There were five types of sashimi, including salmon, sea bream, herring, yellowtail, and sweet shrimp, but the absence of oyster sashimi was a slight drawback. The steamed fish and Matsutake mushroom stewed pork soup were delicious. There was a self-service beverage bar offering juice, coffee, tea, milk, and beer. Various desserts were available, including Häagen-Dazs ice cream and a chocolate fountain.

Overall, the Pentahotel offers great value for money. The rooms are around HK$500, but the soundproofing isn't the best. If you're looking for a staycation in Tuen Mun, this hotel is still a good option 😌. It's close to the city center, and we even won a lot of plush toys at the arcade over the past two days!

Just a few minutes' walk from Tuen Mun West Rail Station, and right next to Tuen Mun Town Plaza, you don't have to go far for shopping, dining, or dim sum. It's perfect for those who don't want to walk too much. The hotel lobby is uniquely designed with a railway-themed train station style, immediately giving you a vacation vibe as if you're about to embark on a journey. Although the rooms aren't huge, they are considered spacious for Hong Kong standards, clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and decent soundproofing. There are different themed room types, such as Japanese or Thai, which add a refreshing touch to your stay. The buffet offers a good variety, and breakfast is satisfying, making it great value for money. Overall, whether it's for a short rest, a family trip, or some 'me time,' it's a convenient and worthwhile choice. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance!

The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and even upgraded our rooms. We had a fantastic stay; after checking out, my child asked if we could come back. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We hope to visit again next time we are in Hong Kong.
