1I had a wonderful experience staying at Novotel Citygate Hong Kong. The service was exceptional, and the staff were attentive, courteous, and always willing to assist. Their warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. A special touch that meant a lot to us was the thoughtful birthday surprise they prepared for my mother. The birthday cake and personalized message were greatly appreciated and made her celebration even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding service and for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable one.

Regal Airport Hotel has a luxurious feel. I was upgraded to a room with a close-up view of the planes and a partial sea view – it was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious with plenty of room and a bathtub. The staff provided excellent service. The pool and sauna were great. I highly recommend this hotel for its proximity to the airport. I'll definitely try this place again. It's very convenient for early morning flights.

The hotel was great, directly connected to the airport, and the room was clean. However, the only downside was that the partition between the bath and toilet was small, so if you're not careful when showering, water splashes onto the floor.
