We had an amazing tour experience visiting Eobi Valley, Nami Island, Morning Calm, Railbike, and Petite France, and it was made even more special because of our wonderful tour guide, Aileen Hon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aileen truly deserves a perfect 5-star review. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and very attentive to everyone in the group. She made sure we were comfortable, well-informed, and enjoying every stop of the tour. Her warm personality and helpful nature made the whole trip smooth, fun, and memorable. Thank you, Aileen, for taking such great care of us and for making our Korea tour unforgettable. Highly recommended tour guide! 😊

We actually booked Alpaca World/Nami Island/Garden of Morning Calm Tour but the operator contacted me that the number of participants were not met, hence we were offered the Alpaca World/Gangchon Railbike/Nami Island Tour, which is price higher, at no additional cost. But the tour is such a fantastic experience. We wandered smoothly and the bus is always on time. Our tour guide, Lanson, is great and approachable. This tour is highly recommended!

This day trip was definitely worth it. Our tour guide, Bob, is Korean and speaks excellent Chinese, so communication was no problem. He was very dedicated to teaching us how to ski. Remember to bring cash, as the ski rental shop charges a 10% service fee for credit card payments!

Our group of four had an amazing day visiting Nami Island, Alpaca World, and the Railbike Park — and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Ms Sally Park. Even before the tour, Ms Sally messaged to remind us of the meeting point and patiently answered my questions. On the day itself, she sent another early reminder and clearly explained the itinerary on the bus so we knew what to expect at every stop. She checked on us throughout the trip, gave great tips on what food to try and what to order, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Ms Sally is attentive, respectful, funny, and genuinely caring. She made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable for our group. You're in best hands w/ Ms Sally Park! Highly recommended.
