Such a nice experience! The guide, Sir Marvin, was very accommodating, and it was so convenient booking a tour package instead of doing a DIY trip. Highly recommended!

We had trouble finding the Starbucks as there are multiple of them in Mall of Asia. Exlcuding that the trip was very enjoyable and the driver was very kind.

Batanes is absolutely stunning! This 3-day tour showcased North and South Batan, as well as Sabtang Island. Our guide, Albert, from Chanpan Tours, did an incredibly great job with providing us information on the sights we were seeing. He also took on the role of photographer and captured so many good photos and videos. Our Batanes experience was wonderful, thanks to his expertise and his overall manner of conducting the tour. Well done, Albert!
Our cogon trike driver, Jonnard, was on the quiet side, but did his job well of taking us around. Big thanks to you too, Jonnard!
Some tips: Be prepared for some hiking - make sure you have suitable footwear. We were blessed with good weather when we visited (early April), but it was very windy, so using a hat with a chin strap may help. Also, wear sunscreen as there will be a lot of walking under the sun.
For those with motion sickness, make sure to take an anti-motion sickness tablet before the boat ride to Sabtang and before the boat ride back to Batan. As someone who experiences motion sickness on water, I still didn't feel good during the 20-minute boat ride despite taking an anti-motion sickness pill beforehand. Having a windbreaker or a poncho may also come in handy, as there may be splashes during the boat ride.
And while I am leaving a five-star review, I wish that contacting the tour operator was easy. The number here on KLOOK as well as the one I found online did not work. No one contacted me prior to the tour to confirm our pick-up time and location. Good thing we were picked up on time and from our accommodation as well.
Having said all that, my first time in Batanes was truly wonderful. I already knew that Batanes is beautiful, but seeing it firsthand - I just fell in love.

This trip was the best so far. Sohoton is a gem. This is a trip you should book. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The boat ride going there was approximately 2 hours but it was magical. Upon reaching Sohoton, you’d want to swim there for hours because it was really peaceful and luckily there were only a few tourists when we got there. Our tour guide, Jai, was very friendly and energetic, even our boat supervisors were professionals. We came across a group of elderly people so it’s safe for them, too. Life vests were provided so even if you don’t know how to swim, you’ll still be able to enjoy swimming.

From the driver, to the boatmen, to our snorkeling guide, everything was a 10/10. When we went, it was very windy, the tides were high and the waves were strong so we didn't get to see any dolphin nor visit Virgin Island. The boatmen were very apologetic about not being able to do any of those activities but we already understood that beforehand because it all depends on Mother Nature. It was my first time snorkeling and we had very good guides with us. We also opted to rent a go-pro and our guides captured wonderful pictures and videos of us and the sea creatures! I am very satisfied!

Had a good time on the tour! As they mention in the details, Virgin Island is closed. We didn't end up seeing dolphins unfortunately (also fine - it is noted that this is based on luck a bit), but the snorkeling at the first stop included 30 minutes for seeing fish and then 30 minutes for trying to see sea turtles (also requires some luck - but we got to see some!). You do have to wait a bit for that first stop to get a tour guide to go with smaller groups; they require it and there's a little wait for an available one, but ours was nice and took go pro photos for us. You do also need to make it clear you want the go pro videos - tell your captain before you go with the guide. We went to a final location which had okay snorkeling and had lunch there. The crew was really kind. There was a woman who got really sea sick and they were very nice to her and tried to help. Additionally, our guide brought us sea urchin to try which was delicious and really fresh. Also just an FYI - the fins didn't fit me so I didn't pay the additional rental for them and was fine without.

The Siargao Land Tour was an incredible experience and a highlight of my trip! This tour is a perfect way to explore the island's natural beauty and local culture. We visited enchanting spots like the Magpupungko Rock Pools, the serene Sugba Lagoon, and the picturesque Maasin River with its famous bent palm tree. Our guide was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to snap a photo for us. The tour was well-organized, with comfortable transportation and plenty of time at each stop. I especially appreciated the local lunch, which was both delicious and authentic. This tour is a must for anyone visiting Siargao. Highly recommended!
