Fantastic 5.0
It was a wonderful trip. I highly recommend everybody to visit this place from Busan. Since it is a bit far, It is highly recommended for the people to do a day trip, which makes it very convenient. The drive was very comfortable. Kenny was our tour guide and he was very nice and accommodating. he gave us plenty time at each spot. It is a well planned itinerary. We were able to finish each spot way ahead of time. Luckily, the weather was a combination of Sunny and cloudy. Therefore, pictures came very pretty.

Fantastic 5.0
It was a very relaxing and comfortable trip. Our tour guide, Sang, had excellent English, and his explanations and arrangements were superb. There were only 5 people in our group that day, and the tour vehicle was very comfortable and spacious. We visited places like Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Songdo Skywalk, Gamcheon Culture Village, Jagalchi Market, and Dongbaek Island. We had lunch at Jagalchi Market, where Sang recommended dishes for everyone, and the seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious. We wished we could have stayed longer at Gamcheon Culture Village; there were so many photo opportunities, some requiring a wait, and many beautiful cultural and creative products. The entire day's itinerary was perfect.

Fantastic 5.0
The pacing of the tour was good, with enough time at each point of interest. Our guide, Clara, had a good sense of timing, keeping us on schedule without rushing. She also took great photos for us, and taught us how to pose at a Kdrama filming location. Everyone in the tour of 10 participants was very punctual. We even managed to return slightly ahead of schedule despite the peak hour traffic because our driver, Mr Kwan, was great at navigating side roads to avoid traffic jams.

We had a wonderful time in Pohang and truly enjoyed the tour. Nino was incredibly helpful and delightful, she’s not only a skilled driver but also an excellent guide who shared plenty of interesting information along the way. I would highly recommend this experience to everyone.

Thank you, Xiang Xiang, for recommending us to eat delicious food, and also for picking and eating big strawberries, and for making strawberry tanghulu and handmade soap 😍. At the National Healing Park, you can ride snow sleds, feed little rabbits, feed ducks, and even canoe! It was such a great experience~ The team is also very considerate, contacting you early via Line, email, or WhatsApp to inform you about the weather, remind you to keep warm, and provide travel information...etc. Thank you so much, I highly recommend booking with them 😊. I will definitely book again next time 👍

Really enjoyed my day! As a fan of K-dramas it was amazing to walk around in this small movie-set village.

Being the first and only tourist from Klook on this trip was a unique experience. Mr. Park was an amazing host and even allowed me to try my hand at steering the yacht. I hope more people book this soon! 10/10 recommend.

What to know before visiting Pohang

What Pohang is best known for and when to visit

Pohang’s most-booked activities are city and regional tours, with water-based experiences a much smaller but notable option. Demand peaks in March, then eases through the middle of the year with the quietest bookings in July, so the calendar has a strong spring high point for things to do.

Activities suited to different travellers

Families will find organised Tours a reliable fit — guided trips suit mixed ages and make it easy to see highlights without extra planning. Couples can pick either Tours for relaxed sightseeing or, if they want something lighter, water activities for a breezy outdoor option. Solo travellers and small groups benefit most from the range and frequency of Tours, which provide ready-made itineraries and easy meet-up possibilities.

What travellers from Australia should book ahead

Most travellers here keep plans flexible: typical bookings are made around three to four weeks out, though the earliest planners often book around six weeks ahead. Booking in advance matters most for the March peak months, when popular tours are likelier to fill and earlier reservations are sensible.

How the categories compare on price and who they suit

Water activities sit at the entry-level end of the price range and are the easiest way into Pohang experiences for budget-minded travellers or anyone after a short outdoor activity. Tours represent the mid-range to premium side and also show the widest spread of options, suiting visitors who want anything from straightforward city sightseeing to more comprehensive regional trips. Together they cover quick, low-cost outings up to fuller guided experiences, so most travellers can match activity style to budget and group type.
