Fantastic 5.0
This hotel is very thoughtful and has a large public bath, though it's enclosed. It's very close to Xikou Station, just around the corner. The service is standard and all amenities are available for self-service on the first floor. If the price is good, I would choose to stay here again.

Fantastic 5.0
Hotel location: 10 minutes from the station and next to the market. Quite good. Service: Very friendly and attentive, excellent treatment. Cleanliness: Everything was super clean, tidy, and perfect. Transportation access: Metro entrance right in front. Bus service very close, and the train and bus station are just about a ten-minute walk away.

Fantastic 5.0
The value for money is good. Breakfast was nice, although we would have preferred more options for tourists. Also, breakfast only starts at 7am. The hotel offers an option to eat at the fish market. The restaurant's quality is very good; it's a good experience.

Fantastic 5.0
The room has a full-body massage chair! The lobby has a comfortable lounge area for relaxing and recharging, and amenities like toothbrushes and lotion are provided. Coffee, juice, and other beverages are also self-serve. You can store your luggage before and after check-in, and it's less than a five-minute walk from the station, exiting from the West Exit, which is super convenient!

Great 4.0
The triple room was quite spacious, but when I asked the front desk for band-aids, they said they were out and hadn't restocked. I asked for three days straight and still didn't get any. Don't you think basic first-aid supplies like band-aids should be readily available? On the last day, they finally gave me two pieces of gauze and some medical tape. It seems like medical emergency supplies should be a basic amenity, right?

Fantastic 5.0
It rained in the mountains, and my shoes got soaking wet and wouldn't dry. Staying at Tokyu Stay Hotel was amazing because, in addition to a washing machine, they also had a shoe dryer! It saved my shoes! I could also wash my dirty clothes. If you've booked breakfast, I recommend going early, as it can get crowded and you might have to wait, but the food is delicious!

Great 4.0
Good and clean hotel. Very nice and polite staff. Parking is limited. They provide an alternative (relatively cheap 1.400 24h) but you have to walk 4 min.

More about Kanazawa hotels

What staying in Kanazawa feels like

Stays in Kanazawa range from very affordable to distinctly premium, with top-end rooms costing a little over three times what the most basic options do. The best balance for most travellers tends to be the standard tier, which offers the strongest mix of comfort and value.

How the hotel classes stack up and who they suit

Economy rooms sit at the bottom of the scale and attract budget-minded travellers who prioritise saving on accommodation. Standard properties represent the sweet spot for most visitors, offering noticeably better comfort than economy without jumping too far in price. The biggest step up comes when moving from standard to premium — that jump is the clearest decision point for travellers deciding whether to spend more for extra space and finishings. Luxury sits above all others for those wanting the highest-end experience and who are willing to pay a clear premium for it.

When travellers from Australia tend to book

For travellers from Australia, the cheapest nights typically fall in January while April is usually the priciest month; a budget-led trip is best scheduled for January when rates are at their lowest. Rooms here are commonly locked in around seven weeks ahead (typical booking lead time), so if you’re travelling in April consider booking earlier than you might for a January trip.
