The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the salad ingredients were also fresh, using local produce. The location is near the station, with many restaurants behind and next to it. There's a large supermarket in the alley directly across the street, making it very convenient.

The location is excellent, right outside the train station. There's also free breakfast (though KLOOK, you're still selling two prices, one with breakfast...). There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby at night, which is great. The room isn't big but it's very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Convenient transportation: Directly across from the station. Service: Every staff member was incredibly nice and helpful, and communication in English was smooth. Breakfast: Loved it! Not many options, but everything was delicious.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the dining area was also clean and spacious! The staff were all incredibly kind and thoughtful. When my child was being rambunctious during a meal and dropped some utensils, a staff member immediately said "no problem" and brought new ones. My 3-year-old, who doesn't understand Japanese, even told me he thought they were very nice people! It was wonderful to spend two nights in such a lovely place! Thank you to all the hotel staff!!!

This was my first time on a one-day tour, and our guide, Thomas (Zheng Ouming), was very friendly and took great care of everyone in the group. The day before, I used WeChat to ask if I could bring my luggage on the bus, and he responded quickly. Although the strawberry season was nearing its end, we still found some super large strawberries. The boat experience on Yanagawa River was highly recommended! The boatman was very entertaining. The unagi (eel) rice at Yanagawa was delicious; I personally loved it. Koiki Shrine was great for photos, with wisteria flowers... 30 minutes might not be enough for those who love taking pictures. Tosu Premium Outlets had many discounts, and if you look carefully, you can find some great value-for-money items. The pick-up location was easy to find. I now have another option for future one-day tours.

recommend a seven day pass used it a lot in Kyoto for Thee Shinnkeen trains there and back to Kyoto.Locaotrainsand bus and a boat ride

Maximized this! 1st day of use : Bus from Tenjin to Beppu(¥3,250); local bus ride worth ¥170 per ride around Beppu . Day 2: Roundtrip bus from Beppu to Yufuin ¥1,880; local bus ride around Beppu; Day 3: Bus from Beppu to Tenjin (¥3,250); local bus ride in Tenjin and Hakata (¥150/ride); RT bus from Tenjin to Tosu Outlet ( ¥1,540). To note: To activate on the day of 1st day of use and should be in front of the ticketing staff so they can print the ticket(bus ride from Tenjin to Beppu). Same with days 2 and 3 activate the day use in front of the ticket staff or bus driver, they check the date: Local rides in Beppu, Yufuin, Tenjin and Hakata no need for reservation just get a small ticket upon entering the bus. Bus rides for Rountrip Beppu- Tenjin and Tenjin to Tosu premium outlets needs reservation ( you can do it online or bus terminal ticket office)

THIS PASS WAS REALLY WORTH IT. I saved a lot even if I only used it for 4 days around the Kyushu area, then bullet train to Osaka, and finally getting to Universal Studios Japan. Redemption was fairly easy. Redeemed from Hakata station and the line was not too long. Despite being almost near closing time, they still accommodated me, and even assisted in booking tickets in advance. I was able to reserve seats on Two Stars 4047, which was one of the best sightseeing trains I experienced. Planning to go back to Kyushu, and will definitely use this again!!
