Fantastic 5.0
The 3-island hopping tour was a fantastic experience overall. The activities were well organized, and Daina made sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout the trip. The hotel pick-up was smooth and punctual, which set a positive tone for the day. The boat provided, Magfox Grand, exceeded expectations. It was spacious, clean, and large enough to allow guests to enjoy privacy and relax without feeling crowded. One slight discomfort was when local vendors boarded the boat to sell drinks and shellfish at noticeably high prices, which somewhat disrupted the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. Lunch was served onboard and included rice, meat, and prawns. The flavors were good and enjoyable, but the rice and meat were served cold. Serving the meal warm would have made the experience even better and easily a perfect five-star trip. Overall, it was memorable and very well managed.

The receptionist wasn't very friendly, but the amenities were great! My son and I had a lot of fun, and we will definitely be back. :)

What to know before visiting Cordova

Top experiences you’ll find in Cordova

Cordova’s most-booked experiences are massages, followed by guided tours and water activities, with cruises also on offer; demand builds and eases across the year, peaking in August and dipping around October. Massages remain consistently popular throughout the calendar while tours see spikes in the busiest months.

Best picks for families, couples and solo travellers

Families will appreciate water activities and cruises for easy shared fun and variety; these categories suit small groups and kids who like being on or near the water. Couples often choose tours and cruises for more curated, memorable outings, while massages are a natural pick for couples seeking relaxation. Solo travellers and small groups can mix massages and shorter tours to balance downtime with exploration.

What travellers from Australia should book ahead

Most things in Cordova can be left flexible — many travellers book on short notice — but the earliest planners still tend to lock in about five days ahead, and that matters most in the peak month of August. If you’re visiting in August, consider booking high-demand tours and popular water activities earlier than you normally would.

How the main categories compare on price and who they suit

Massages are the easiest, entry-level way into things here and sit at the lower end of the price scale, making them accessible for most travellers. Tours are typically the priciest option and appeal to visitors looking for guided experiences and local insight. Water activities fall into a mid-range band and offer straightforward, activity-focused options, while cruises show the widest price spread, catering to both budget-conscious travellers and those seeking premium experiences depending on the offering.
