The experience was wonderful! We got to enjoy the stunning beauty of Racha and Coral Islands, with their crystal-clear, unpolluted blue waters. Safety was a top priority throughout the trip, and the instructors were attentive and professional, making me feel well looked after at all times. Our tour guide, Leo, was fun, engaging, and caring, keeping everyone entertained while ensuring we had a memorable experience. He truly made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Lunch got varieties & I love their CURRY CHICKEN! *Saw 1 person use his bare hands to touch the fried chicken & after touching, he put back. WHY CNT U USE THE TONGS PROVIDED OMG.
Side note, I want to do a special shoutout & compliment to QQ, BEST and team for their calm and patience to handle that problematic person. To tht person, if u are not willing to pay, then don't go to other places. Just stay in ur own country. 🤡 Make everyone unhappy only. We r here for enjoyable holiday experiences, and not to see u shouting at the crews.
Overall, I rate the experience of tis tour is 5*.
QQ explaination to us and we had lots of photos taken and this would definitely be 1 of the most memorable time in Phuket!
Recommend: Just wear your swimsuit, phone & cash. Raincoat & waterproof pouch good enough, u will get wet anyways! Have fun! See my full review on Google. 🤩👍🏻

Exceptional Island Day Trip – Unforgettable Experience with Boat #12!
Highlights of the Tour
Outstanding Crew & Guide: Huge shoutout to Pola—easily the best tour guide out there—and the incredible crew on Boat #12. Having done this full-day trip once before, this crew made my second time truly exceptional.
Extremely Toddler-Friendly: The crew went above and beyond to take extra care of my 2-year-old son, making travel effortless for us and even helping him swim safely in the sea.
Seamless Logistics: On-time hotel pickup and drop-off made the whole day completely stress-free.
Delicious Food & Refreshments: Generous, quality options throughout the day, including a great breakfast, fantastic lunch, fresh fruits, and endless drinks.
Pro Tip for First-Timers
Book the Catamaran: If it's your first time taking this trip, definitely book the catamaran option—the extra stability makes for a much smoother and more comfortable ride on the water.

this trip was completely amazing! the staff were super nice and friendly even the group of people were so respectful and nice. whenever, I want to book a trip I will always choose them as I believe it’s better than booking a tour from patong because the majority of tourists from patong are so carless not organized and disrespectful.

Boat condition: Clean and tidy. They provided drinks at every scenic spot, and even watermelon at the end.
Scenery from the boat: Mostly ocean and rock formations.
Tour guides: Very energetic. I remember there were two guides, the female one was called Sexy (she said our group was the 'Sexy Family'), and the male one was O. It happened to be raining that day, and O was super hyper, dancing on Bamboo Island. O was also very dedicated to helping us take photos.
Safety: Snorkeling included life vests, so it wasn't dangerous.
Itinerary: During snorkeling, the guide wore flippers and pulled a large floating board. We held onto the board and put our heads down to look at the fish. There was only one snorkeling session, but it was enough. There weren't a huge number of fish, but there were some, along with many sea urchins and even clownfish. I didn't see the clownfish myself, but the guide took my phone underwater and photographed them for me to see. They were very cute swimming around the coral. Additionally, there was one part of the itinerary where some people paid the guide extra to go up onto a wooden boat for photos. We didn't pay extra, so we just jumped into the sea to swim (wearing life vests).

Overall, it was very good. The arrangements were smooth, and staff members were available to coordinate and assist with every part of the experience. The staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly. Everything went smoothly, except for the long wait times for the rolling attractions. The only area for improvement would be the return transportation arrangements. The shuttle departure times are fixed every two hours. For example, we were originally scheduled for a 2:30 PM return, but if there's a delay for any reason and you miss the 2:30 PM shuttle, you have to wait for the next one at 4:30 PM. This means a very long wait. As a result, we felt a bit rushed trying to catch our return shuttle that day. I suggest making the shuttle schedule more flexible, especially since the park uses small vehicles and doesn't need to transport a large number of passengers at once.

What an amazing night! The whole place was absolutely magical — colourful, vibrant, full of lights, performances and so much energy! 🌈✨

Great experience at the park. The park was clean and managed efficiently. The slides were a lot of fun and suitable for adults and young children. Especially enjoyed the relaxing pools with bars for refreshments. You receive a wistband that can be used to open lockers and and add funds for buying food and drinks. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend for a day trip.
