    1. Chan Kan Kee Chiu Chow

    This Michelin-starred Hong Kong restaurant has been around for more than 70 years, having been established in 1948! Known for their Lo Shui special recipe, this restaurant has received a lot of accolades through the years. The Michelin Guide website described their signature marinated goose as "velvety" and "flavorful." They have a number of Lo Shui-style goose dishes including goose wings, legs, liver, kidney and intestine.

    Enjoy Singaporean and Malaysian flavors at Ancient Moon, another Michelin-starred Hong Kong restaurant. Perfect for the health-conscious, this humble shop serves vegetarian dishes such as their vegetarian noodle soups. Two of their must-try meals are the Singaporean Bak Kut Teh and the Malaysian Chili Pan Mee. They also have Abalone dishes, Satay Chicken Skewers, and Malay Spiced Minced Pork Lo Mein, among others.

    This Cantonese restaurant located in Causeway Bay is a Michelin-starred Hong Kong restaurant. Known for their delicious noodles, Ho Hung Kee first opened in the 1940s. A first-time diner? Make sure to try their soups like the beef noodle soup, wonton noodles, and the fish and prawn congee. Aside from these hearty meals, they also have a variety of rolls, dimsums, seafood dishes, and other savory viands.

    Fresh farm-to-table dishes await you at the Roganic, a Michelin-starred Hong Kong restaurant. They offer lunch and dinner menus, as well as full tasting menu wine pairings.     7. Forum

    This Hong Kong restaurant has been rated with three Michelin stars, which means "exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey!' The Michelin Guide online took note of the resto's Ah Yat Braised Abalone, calling it iconic and famous. They also have a variety of Shark Fin dishes, Bird Nest meals, and seafood. Some of their seafood specialty includes the Braised Giant Eel, Baked Crab Meat with Foie Gras in Crab Shell, Baked Hairy Crab Shell, and Baked Scallop with Foie Gras.
