    When you arrive
    • Contact tracing - To assist with contact tracing, the name, address and mobile number for each group member will be collected upon entry

    • Physical distancing - Floor indicators will show the appropriate spacing required. The entry and exit points have been reconfigured to prevent congestion, and indoor areas have maximum capacity sign posted, which will also be enforced by team members
    • Hygiene and cleaning - Hand washing facilities & hand sanitiser are available throughout the park. Also, high touch surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
    • Masks - Guests are welcome to wear masks/face coverings throughout the visit however some attractions may require the removal of non-surgical masks where they present a loose-article hazard.
    • Attractions and entertainment - To separate rider groups, seats will be left vacant in line with ride manufacturer consultation. Character appearances will be contact free to prevent guest to guest transmission.
    • Food, beverage and retail - Contactless payment is preferred. Indoor seating has been removed and outdoor seating has been reconfigured to accommodate safe physical distancing.
Certain attractions will be temporarily closed due to proximity required / high touch risk. These include:
    • Mad Jungle Jam
