Very pleasant first ski experience with beautiful sceneries along the way.... Convenient 1 stop travel solution, especially for family with young children.... 😊
The departure time was supposed to be 7am so we arrived at the pick up point at 6:45am. The driver arrived at 7:20am, not too bad, could have been some traffic. We then had to wait for some other people who booked the trip and they didn't arrive until after 8am. By this point, we didn't get to the rental shop until 10:30am. The lifts down closed at 4pm which meant we only had around 5hrs on the slopes instead of the 8hrs proposed in the itinerary. The guide was very friendly but the timings and organisation let him down. The rental shop wasn't the best either. Was given medium size bindings for size 22.5cm boots and the board set up was regular so I had to change it myself to goofy.
The driver was god awful. He got lost and wasted our whole morning. He then lied to his boss and told him we were late because of the traffic not because of his incompetence to drive well. The guy nearly drove us off the side of the cliff. We had to stop at the side of the road and ask for directions. He then used like 3 hours of our precious time to locate the ski lift which was ridiculous since I myself who have never even stepped foot in Osaka found it within a minute. The only good thing about this driver was when the whole car asked to get off early and he agreed. He bad Japanese was so broken I could have even spoken better it was actually traumatizing for the Japanese people. I sincerely hope you consider this driver after reading this review disclaimer this wasn’t exaggerated what so ever and was completely the truth please be careful and if you want to have a good time with skiing please reconsider and you might want someone else to be your tour guide and driver *though this guy might now be counted as a driver or a tour guide but as it’s the best thing I can say about him …* if you live near Kyoto you might go. I believe they can make better organization. anyhow the personality of the driver is good.

- We will send an email to guests between 20:00-21:00 the day before the trip to inform them of the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day, please check it in time. Probably in the trash! *Due to the long journey, we apologize for any traffic jams. And our company will not bear any subsequent costs for delays caused by traffic jams.
- Since the one-day tour is a carpooling itinerary, please do not be late at the meeting point or attractions. No refunds will be issued if you are late!
- For hotel pick-up and drop-off packages, please wait outside the hotel lobby. Please check your email for the specific pick-up and drop-off time.
- Each person can bring up to one piece of luggage for free, please make a note in the "Special Needs" section when placing an order! If not notified one day in advance and brought temporarily, it will cause congestion in the carriage and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse guests to get on the bus! And the fee is non-refundable!
- We will arrange different car models based on the actual number of travelers. Model cannot be specified, please know!
