We had a great time & it wasn’t too busy on a weekday. The snow quality was great we didn’t have to wait at all with ski hire, clothes or lifts. Very smooth trip no delays whatsoever. comfortable mini bus ride too where you can have a good nap on the way and back. light snow flakes, sunshine. it was a glorious day!
The whole trip was amazing. There was no traffic heading back n we made it back before 7. i wish the first store at the resort could take credit card as payment

Nick was excellent as a tour guide, and our ski instructor Mr Chan was very helpful and patient in teaching us how to ski.
As a one-day trip for my first skiing experience, the overall experience was really good. We were picked up at Nihonbashi at 7am and the driver drove us to the ski resort for more than 2 hours. The coach assisted us step by step in getting the equipment and taught us the basics of skiing step by step after arriving at the ski resort. Although the coaching class was only 1 hour long, it was a really good experience as my first time skiing!
The tour guide was very diligent and responsible. Although there was a slight mishap that day, because the ski and snow viewing tickets were mixed up (we were skiing), he was still very responsible and spent more than an hour negotiating for us. In the end, he even covered the ticket price himself and reissued the tickets for us. He was also very apologetic. We told him it was okay, because mistakes are bound to happen when traveling, but being able to resolve them is perfect. I want to say to the tour guide, thank you, you are truly diligent and responsible.

I think it’s great. Skiing is super fun and the scenery is super beautiful. Tour guide Fengyu is very serious about helping translate and handle everything. The equipment rental store is also very nice. Everyone, please remember to take care of your mobile phone because I left it with a zipper It was in my pocket, but it still fell. Fortunately, someone picked it up and returned it to us, but it affected the time of going down the mountain.
