Kaiyutei Sapporo - Crab Banquet in Hokkaido, Sapporo

First of all, the name of the restaurant as you advertise does not match the address in the voucher. Klook’s offering says “Kaiyutei”, but the address pointed us to Kaniya Restaurant. We had to go to 2 other restaurants with similar name and/or address before we finally found it, we almost missed our reservation! it was a mad dash to find the restaurant and it was not a good experience at all in the cold winter of Sapporo. Secondly, we were not that satisfied with the food, not that it didn’t taste good, but because we expected more crabs in the meal course—unfortunately, the Klook advertisement does not mention the dishes in each choice so we didn’t know what to expect when we got the classic course, if we knew, we would’ve chosen a different one that had more crabs in it. Service-wise, it was a pleasant experience in the restaurant.

The meal lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes in total, the environment was quiet and comfortable, the teppanyaki master and the waiter cooperated well, and the service was good! The crab teppanyaki has rich flavors, including pepper, lemon, and the sweetness of the crab itself. The waiter will also introduce how to eat some dishes. worth going!

The food is fresh and the chefs are professional, but overall the price/performance ratio is not high
