Paris Private Transfers: Paris/Disneyland/Palace of Versailles

We had the srvice from 'Harmony Move', our driver also the owner 'Samir' was flexible(we left Disneyland around 23:30) and showed up on time. Samir is friendly and speak English fluentlly, we had great conversation entire journey. He also provide a wonderful and rather new vehicle, clean and cozy with a smooth ride. Highly recommend, and definetly will use his service again in Paris.

It was a journey from Disneyland to accommodation in downtown Paris. The driver contacted me via whats app an hour in advance. He arrived 30 minutes early and sent me a photo of the location on Google Maps. He didn't say much, perhaps because he was French, but he returned comfortably and safely. Especially if you have a group of 6 or more like us, you can all come together comfortably if you request a van in advance.

It’s very convenient to make a reservation, and it’s easy to find a vehicle after the park is closed. If you wait until the fireworks are over, you can make an appointment at 11:45pm. The time is perfect~ Although it is more expensive than Uber, you don’t have to worry about not being able to get back to Paris. There is no need to stay in a Disney hotel.

The driver drove very steadily and was very kind. Even though there was a lot of traffic near work hours, he came to the hotel very early and waited downstairs. It was very cold that day and he turned on the heating very strongly, which was very considerate.

The driver was waiting at the agreed time and place very early. We went home earlier than the scheduled time. I recommend it to friends who need transportation.

I asked for a shuttle from Disney to the city. Even though it's called Disney, the grounds are large and I didn't know where they were coming, so I tried waiting where taxis were parked, but no one came to pick me up even after 30 minutes. There was a phone number in the email, but since I couldn't make international calls, I had no way of contacting them, so I was at a loss, but a stranger to the taxi driver contacted me and I was finally able to board the car. It's done. (It seems that the driver was waiting somewhere else.) I still get scared when I think that without that kind taxi driver, I wouldn't have been able to get back to the city.

I had 2 Private transfers I booked from Klook which have failed. So to avoid another bogus transaction, I followed up that morning with Klook customer support if my booking was confirmed. It would be hard for our group to keep on waiting outside Disneyland Paris to be picked up on a Winter night. Good thing the driver arrived 5 minutes past the pick up time and we were able to send us back to the hotel. The Private transfer from hotel to Disneyland Paris didn’t arrive to give you additional information. I don’t recommend booking at Klook for your transportation. it’s better to take the cab or Uber. you won’t be scammed. Klook is just a 3rd party. The klook customer service was no help. they will let you chat with different customer service and repeat your concerns to each one of them. One time they let me chat with a Malay speaking support whereas I couldn’t understand anything. its hard to deal with Klook in terms of service like this.

We had clearly communicated the pick-up location with the driver beforehand and followed the driver's instructions. However, the driver still found the wrong place, causing us to be soaked in heavy rain for 15 minutes. After meeting the driver, he didn't think there was anything wrong with us going to the wrong place. , and she kept pushing her, asking us not to order pick-up and delivery from her privately through the platform.
