Generali Balloon Flight Experience in Paris

A great experience in the Balloon. Although 2 things - 1: There was no shade and the line was huge, with fixed number of people going in, the line took a lot of time, and the weather was too hot 🥵. 2: getting online ticket was no use, as I still ended up in the waiting line in the sun along with the people getting tickets offline. Other than this, the balloon trip is very worth going.

the experience when we were up in the baloon was good ..BUT i do not suggest for anyone to book this in advanced, why? we were in the queue yesterday UNDER THE HEAT for 2hrs, it was so bad. we have tickets but there is no difference with people who were there to buy tickets on the spot. and the part? they closed at 8pm and there were people who didnt make it in the cut WHO BOUGHT TKTS that cannot be refunded and lost their money… very bad process. there should be a separate line or priority for those who are already tickets and paid more because on the spot tkt is only 20€. this is the worst and money wasted because no priority given to tkt holder who were told they are already closing. do not book this at all!!!!!!

Experience: The queuing experience was extremely poor; we had to wait two hours under the scorching sun to board the hot air balloon. Location: It's located inside the park, about a ten-minute walk from the subway station, but the entire route is outdoors.
