- The eSIM is valid upon installation for your selected duration. If you Install your eSIM at 2200, it will end at 2200, based on your selected validity

Before going to the UK this time, I temporarily bought an extra Internet sim just in case. I can use the Internet all the way without inserting another card, which is very convenient.
Beware this esim does not work in Alaska USA. The Airhub support told It can only use the usa T-Mobile Mobile network. This not mention in klook description. However Most places in Alaska only provide AT&T and Verizon Mobile network. So is completely useless to me.
I bought this to use in Kenya and South Africa. Both Kenya and South Africa have bad security conditions, so I need to use Uber when I go out, so I bought an eSIM here in advance. However, I couldn't connect to the Internet in Kenya, so I emailed support, and they helped me and I was finally able to connect to the Internet. I couldn't connect to the Internet in South Africa either, so I contacted support again, and they said that this plan couldn't be used in South Africa, so I couldn't use the Internet in South Africa. Even though it said it could be used in South Africa, I couldn't use it. They said they would refund me for that, but it was a difficult experience given the limited time I had during my trip.

Beware that this is a europe global esim and not global as in worldwide. Nevertheless, didn’t receive the QR code and requesting for a refund. There are better esim on klook. This is the only one that failed so far.
The introduction should indicate - "Please note that eSIM is not applicable to mobile phones purchased from specific countries or regions (China, Hong Kong, and Macao). Additionally, please ensure your device is carrier unlocked before proceeding with the purchase. "
A 30 days plan of 3G data global plan cannot be used anymore before 30 days usage, started using on 19 May, as well as mobile data record show only 2.1G data usage which includes usage of other plan before 19 May.
totally don’t recommend this eSIM, I purchased this eSIM and can’t activate. I send message to their help center and they only asked you to wait over 2 hours and still don’t have a solution.
