Jeju Sunrise Half Day Tour

We’ve got the tour vehicle to us (2). Our guide, Only (唯一) is a cheerful young chap. He’s energetic and nice. Gotten us coffee for our sunrise and helped with our photo taking 👌🏻 Pick-up and drop-off conveniently from doorstep. Overall pleasant experience. Highly recommended. If you’re physically capable, perhaps can try and asked for Ilchulbong instead (see last pic seen from our site). Me and mum did Seopjikoji, where the climbing of stairs to the light house tower can even be a little challenging for weak elderly.

Our tour guide is the only one who is very responsible and friendly. He picked us up at the hotel on time at the appointed time and took us to Seopji Koji to watch the sunrise. Along the way, he also introduced us to the scenic spots and food of Jeju. It takes about ten minutes to walk after getting off the bus. It is mostly flat ground and is very easy. The only thing they did was prepare snacks for us to enjoy while waiting for the sunrise, which was very considerate. In addition to Seopji Keji, you can also choose to watch the sunrise at Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, but it will be more difficult and takes more time than Seopji Keji.

My friend and I took the Jeju sunrise tour with Andrew and it was one of the highlights of our whole Korea trip. It was an early tour but Andrew was prompt and picked us up at exactly 4:20am in good spirits. Andrew was friendly, helpful, and kind as a tour guide. He spoke great English and went above and beyond to take candid pictures for us. The sunrise was breathtaking! He took us to the Seopjikoji location, which not only had amazing views but also had a surprise feature of a swing at the edge of the cliff! It was a perfect photoshoot area and very peaceful. If you go to this location make sure to check out the swing for amazing pictures! Thanks again to Andrew for making the tour so fun- it’s something we will always remember and will be recommending to friends to do!

It was my first time to visit Jeju Island. I impress with all the arrangement , communication and a uniqueness of location to see the Sunrise at Jeju. As a tourist, I think I cannot find this location by myself , therefore my appreciation goes to tour agent and definitely our tour guide (Andrew). The guide was very encouraging and helpful to help me calm up the mountain and reach the summit to see the sunrise. The uniqueness of location , the scenery along the journey , the tour guide & his enthusiastic and stunning view of Sunrise and a panorama view of East side of Island. I impress !! You should not miss it!

We had a great experience for the sunrise tour. Our guide, Andrew, brought us to Seopjikoji instead of another location as planned earlier. He also brought us to Seongsan Ilchulbong upon our request. He was informative and we had a comfortable ride. He was cheerful despite it being very early in the morning. We wish him success and hope to see him again for our next visit to Jeju.

🌄Woke up at 3:00 in the morning to climb the mountain to watch the sunrise. At first, I saw the foggy sky on the road, and thought I couldn’t see the sunrise, but finally got my wish. The uphill slope was very steep, and the driver, Jin Zhe, was very nice. He was worried about my friend's safety, and helped her to the top of the mountain, and then helped her down the mountain. On the top of the mountain, the master also made coffee for us, a very satisfying sunrise experience!

Tour guide Andrew is very professional and friendly at the same time. A very good experience.

"Only" was the guide for the day and he was very enthusiastic in explaining the various things we see along the way and while it was a tough climb, it was very worth it and the view was breathtaking. Highly recommended but need to have a certain stamina (steep but short climb of about 20 minutes) right to the top.

The tour guide is responsible and friendly, and communicates about Korean life and culture along the way. The service is satisfactory. I recommend it to travelers who want to see the sunrise on Jeju Island.
