Activation Procedure

- Step 2: Ensure data and data roaming is turned on on your mobile device (For iOS: Settings > Mobile Data and Mobile Data Option; For Android: Settings > Mobile Networks)

The SIM card is from Three. Had issues with the network on the 1st day of usage overseas, apparently cuz I am supposed to scan a QR code to input my arrival date. I didn't do that as the instruction stated is that the activation is automatic after inserting the SIM card and ensuringdata roamingis turned on. However, the customer service via their whatsapp channel is great and managed to settle the issue for me within 45 mins. Had reduced 1 star for the mishap. Had only used less than 3GB for the 10-days trip but glad that I didn't have to worry about no network. Recommend.

Easy to redeem at Esso Station. Connection was sometimes intermittent during my trip (France, Switzerland and Italy) but overall, it worked. When you select pickup date, please select the date you want your sim to be activated, not the date you picking up your card. Customer service was quick but didn't get back to me in the end about my enquiry. For the price, I say it's quite value for money.

Great value! Was eyeing an eSIM, but my hp doesn't support hence I had to settle for this during 2 weeks in Switzerland. Basically all went well, connection was good, only occasional short disruptions using WA video when on mountains. I didn't try to check how much data was consumed but it shd be fine

Easy to pick up and use but do make sure to state the start date of the SIM card accurately. In fact, state a couple of days earlier if you can afford it to ensure that your SIM card is good to go. We stated ours a day in advance of our arrival but could only really access the services 2 days in to our trip.

I’m currently using the SIM card overseas. It works fine now. On the day I inserted SIM card, there was data connectivity problem for about four hours. The shop owner helped me resolve it and was responsive too. NOTE: At the time of SIM card collection, there is an additional step to be performed. please scan the QR code to fill a form before arriving in the destination country. If you’re not doing it, there will be a delay in the activation of your SIM card after arrival.

I bought sim card for use in new zealand and transit in australia. The reception was awesome! Except for mountain area, may not get signal which is normal. The collection was smooth at Esso station, however instruction was a bit confusing regarding scanning of QR code. The WhatsApp customer service replied promptly to tell me that don't need to scan any QR code.
