- Applicable to handsets with Normal/Mirco/Nano Sim
- Upon card activation, $88 Monthly Plan will be effective instantly; $88 Monthly Plan fee will be deducted immediately. Monthly Plan fee will be deducted every 30 days. Service will be terminated if there is insufficient stored value
- Allowed to connect to any social network platform and Hong Kong website, Various Local Data Packages are available for subscription, Applicable to 4G network in Mainland China+

Usage reminder
- The use of individual service shall be subject to such terms and conditions as stated on the relevant user guide
- Once sold, this Prepaid SIM Card is non-refundable and non-returnable
- This Prepaid SIM Card should be activated before the stipulated expiry date, otherwise it will be invalid automatically
- Where this Prepaid SIM Card is expired, or where service has been terminated due to whatever reasons, the remaining data usage shall be non-refundable and non-transferable
- CMHK will not be liable for any damages, however arising, of this Prepaid SIM Card or responsible for repairing and making good therefore
- The mobile number of this Prepaid SIM Card is assigned randomly and Customer cannot return, choose or request to change to other mobile numbers. Customer will not be able to keep the allocated mobile number once this Prepaid SIM Card has expired, or where its service has been terminated due to whatever reasons
- Calculation of data usage duration and volume is based on the network report of CMHK. In case of dispute, the records of CMHK are conclusive and binding. All calculations are subject to such prevailing rates or tariff as imposed by CMHK from time to time
- CMHK is entitled at their full discretion to temporarily suspend any or all of the Services without notice to the Customer for the purpose of preventing any improper or abnormal use of CMHK's network or resources, fraudulent or deceptive acts until CMHK is satisfied that the Customer has ceased such acts or the relevant investigation has been completed. CMHK may assess abnormal usage based on comparisons to the usage patterns and levels of CMHK’s other customers, and/or based on whether such usage level is considered to have affected our other customers' ability to optimally use the same network or service
- CMHK reserves its absolute right to change the terms and conditions relating to the use of this Prepaid SIM Card including but not limited to the data usage rate at any time without prior notice to or consent from the Customer

a lot of people in the queue but it move fast. unable to connect to data even follow the instructions. they use their own phone to activated. maybe is some VPN stuff causing it accordingly to the staff

I know it a giid thing to have this package upon arriving in Hongkong. Unfortunately I was not able to claimthis at the airport because i did not know I have to claim it at the airport. After 2 days I read the instruction and I had understood what to do so I booked the free sim included in the package but it was said that I have to claim it a the airport but from my perspective it would be stressful if I have to go back to the airport since I am already a few miles away from the airport and I am not yet familiar in how to go back there alone without my friends with me. Nevertheless, I am still I booked with klook and had been through the experience of booking so that by the next time I will travel and choose to book with klook I know already that this how it is to done. I considered this as a worthwhile learning experience. worthwhile. Thank you.

Just to remind everyone that this SIM card I got from Klook wasn’t available until 8 AM, but I arrived at 1 AM and had to catch the first bus at 5 AM. So I couldn’t pick up this physical SIM. Therefore, I opted for eSIM. The eSIM I ordered from Klook was super easy to set up and had a strong signal, even on the bus. Totally recommend it!
