This trip was to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary, and from the moment we booked the service, we enjoyed VIP treatment. The staff were attentive, the room was beautiful, the breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were delicious, and most importantly, a professional photographer took a set of commemorative photos that were worth every penny. The photographer (Ah Long) was not only punctual and polite but also provided professional guidance, teaching us different poses so we could relax, enjoy ourselves, and take a memorable commemorative album. Special thanks to (Ah Long) for his professional service. Overall satisfaction was through the roof! It would be even better if the hotel could provide breakfast room service, so we could enjoy breakfast while enjoying the sea view!

The trip went very smoothly, and the location was beautiful. However, it's a bit far from Shenzhen Bay, taking about 1 hour and 40 minutes by taxi. This package included one night's accommodation, breakfast, a $100 dining voucher, and a 20-minute photo session. The K205 offers good value for money; although it doesn't have a bathtub, it does have a sea view. The staff were very friendly, and the butler provided a lot of assistance. For the photography, Teacher Liu Liu was very meticulous, offering guidance on angles and capturing candid shots at nearby attractions – highly recommended! Overall, it's a great staycation option.

This booking was made to celebrate a birthday. Upon arrival at the hotel, I immediately felt like I was on vacation. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, provided excellent explanations, and clearly detailed how the pool operates. The hotel also offered simple yet beautiful decorations. Furthermore, the room I booked this time was stunning, fully equipped, very guest-friendly, and offered beautiful scenery, perfect for photos. The hotel restaurant provided a wide variety of delicious options, and I was able to use the voucher included with my booking. The dining environment was also lovely. The hotel even offered complimentary post-dinner desserts, which was a thoughtful touch, and a delicious breakfast. The butler service was excellent; all my requests and questions were handled efficiently, which is commendable. Regarding the photography session, the photographer, Ah Lok, arrived punctually before the scheduled time. Ah Lok was very professional and friendly, providing outstanding guidance on how to take great photos, and the pictures turned out wonderfully. Overall, all these aspects made my trip very enjoyable and the experience excellent. I look forward to returning again.

We happened to visit during the rainy season, so the weather was a bit gloomy, but it didn't detract from the beauty of the place. The housekeeper responded manually and was able to quickly resolve any issues, which was very friendly and convenient. This time, we booked photographer A-Le, who was very dedicated during the photoshoot and patiently guided our poses. The room also came with hats and bags for styling! They were super cute! If they were sold downstairs, I would definitely buy them. I felt as delicate as a doll with the styling and the photographer's help.

I booked the Santorini Cliff Side Suites through Klook, and after a few days, their customer service proactively contacted me with information about getting to the hotel. What satisfied me most was that they used human customer service instead of AI customer service (because AI customer service often gives me a bunch of useless information). The human customer service was quick to respond to my inquiries. When I arrived at the hotel, the male receptionist introduced me to some nearby attractions. Besides him, the other staff also treated us very well. I booked a photography service at noon, and the photographer, Mr. Yale, was very friendly and gave us many suggestions for poses. We were very satisfied with the photos he took, and we will definitely look for Mr. Yale again next time we come. We booked a sea-view jacuzzi room, K building 203. The environment was quiet, with a sea view, and the room design was simple, making us feel very comfortable. At the same time, the snacks in the hotel room were provided free of charge, which was unexpected. Finally, the hotel also provided us with some sweet soup, which was very delicious and sweet. Overall, we are very satisfied with this service and experience, and we would like to recommend it to everyone.

The package included a complimentary 20-minute photo shoot, so remember to book it. The entire photo shoot was fun and relaxed. Our photographer, Liu Liu, was very friendly and skilled at guiding poses. Even though we usually aren't good at posing for photos, we were able to take great photos under Liu Liu's guidance! This was an impromptu belated birthday celebration for my daughter. Upon arrival, we felt it was very beautiful. My daughter and wife both loved it! The butler/staff were very polite and enthusiastic! We booked a photography service before we departed, and the photographer, Ah Lung, arrived on time. He guided us on posing for photos and was very nice! The overall villa was great and met our expectations! The room had a great ocean view! Unfortunately, the swimming pool couldn't be heated. We asked the butler and learned that only the plunge pool has heated water. The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious. We had a very comfortable weekend. Hotel Location: Not convenient at all, quite remote. Remember to drive there! Breakfast: A complete selection of both Chinese and Western options. Service: Absolutely impeccable! Book a month in advance, and the butler will answer any questions you have. Service: Photographer Ah Long! His photography skills are top-notch. If you're a couple looking to take photos, I highly recommend him. The package includes 20 minutes, so be sure to book in advance. Cleanliness: Everything is disinfected and sterilized, with no strange odors.

Photographer Aaron: Arrived punctually at the hotel room door, was polite, and guided us on poses. Included 71 photos (I think). Breakfast: The Western-style breakfast was plentiful and hot, but the toast was overdone and too crispy. The table area was kept very clean. Service: The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, explaining how to use the room's features. Cleanliness: The hotel's decor is new and clean. (The bathtub needed two cleans before use; I recommend buying a bathtub cleaner on Pinduoduo beforehand.) The only issue was that the grass was too wet after the rain, which stained my skirt. Hotel Location: Calling a car really requires a 10-minute wait. Transportation Convenience: A bit lacking.
