Fujiyama Snow Resort Yeti & Hot Spring One Day Tour from Tokyo

the tour guides were great and accommodating. the ski resort itself was a little underwhelming and the sledding area was smaller than expected.

It took too long to get our gears. otherwise it’s ok.

This time it really disappointed me and my family! First of all, the tour guide was late for more than half an hour due to personal reasons, which made me look for it outside the station for a long time. Then it was not until the meeting time that he told me that he would be late. Second, due to the late arrival of the tour guide, the activity time was postponed. The hot spring bath after skiing was originally scheduled for 1.5 hours. In the end, we were asked to pay for the hot spring time at our own expense. After arriving, we did not even have an hour. The entry arrangement was also chaotic and the waiting time was long. , was very rushed and couldn't enjoy the hot spring bathing process at all. Thirdly, the whole day activity itself has been postponed. The tour guide and driver made private deals with the guests without explaining to us, and asked the entire tour bus to send three group members to the designated place. In the end, the entire activity was delayed by a full hour. It took more than an hour to return to Shinjuku/Tokyo, which completely disrupted our itinerary after the event! This arrangement was really confusing and disappointing! ! !
