Happy we booked the transfer for a hassle-free experience. However, driver’s driving was too fast and a bit unsafe. Especially at the last part where he didn’t park correctly in front of our hotel and just slumped the car on the pavement causing distress for us and the nearby people.

During the journey, I noticed that the driver appeared drowsy throughout the trip and seemed to be falling asleep intermittently, which made the passengers feel very unsafe. I hope the service provider will investigate this incident and prioritize the driver's readiness before providing service, for the safety of all passengers in the future. - The total service time of the private chartered car is 10 hours, and 8 hours for starting or ending in another location (reserve time according to the actual situation); the service time is 07:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably so that you can fully enjoy the scenic spots 【special attention】
- If the service time exceeds 10 hours (including delays caused by traffic jams, etc.), an overtime fee will be charged: Vehicles with 10 seats or less: 5,000 yen for each additional hour Vehicles with 14 seats or more: 10,000 yen for each additional hour
