our guides today were amazing,,, good understanding of English and always chatty making sure our safety and wellbeing was upmost and foremost, the whole package for our family of five was superb, from pick up to drop off with our youngest being 4 and oldest 11, not once did we feel anything was an issue,,,the photos that were taken for us on our phones were amazing Astawa was amazing at photography aswel as driving and created some amazing memories for us to keep and cherrish with our children, highly recommend and don’t be put off by the jeeps, they are all the same and of the same quality, and are renowned around the world for their off road ability, thank you for one of our best Bali experiences over the last 10 year of coming, definitely 5*****

Since the tour day happened to be our checkout day, we requested a different drop-off hotel than the pickup location, and we were grateful that they accommodated us and transported our luggage as well. We traveled to the jeep tour boarding point in a regular car before transferring. It's very cold in the mountains at dawn, so we highly recommend bringing a light down jacket or renting a paid blanket (50k). Since the jeep drives on mountain roads, those who get motion sickness should definitely take medication beforehand. They take photos for you, and if you make additional requests, they'll take more. The cafe (Akasa) has great views and delicious food. We also stopped at a place like a Luwak Coffee Lab, where you can sample various coffee teas. We arrived in Ubud around 10 AM after the tour. Overall, it was a satisfying tour.

We had the most amazing time touring and exploring Kintamani Area with out driver Darma who was so patient and accommodating to our needs. He never said no to our requests even if it was for coffee or having lunch that was not on the itinerary. He never asked for anything in return and he was genuinely willing to show us and make us feel how Balinese people are. Thank you Darma and for everything you did for us! We really really enjoyed our tour with you!!!! Highly recommended to anybody looking for a good tour guide in Bali!!!! Another shoutout to our Mt. Batur Jeep driver Mang Arta, who went above and beyond during our jeep tour and took our superb pictures!! He was very patient and also made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!!!!

The climb up Mount Batur was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences I've ever had in Bali. Watching the sunrise from the summit is absolutely unforgettable and a memory I'll cherish forever. I want to extend a very special thank you to our guide, Asta, who was simply the best we could have asked for. He was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and made the entire experience even more special. In addition to accompanying us throughout the whole process, he took care to capture incredible, truly professional-quality photos. Thanks to him, we have fantastic mementos of this unique moment. We had an amazing experience with Nyoman Daus on our Mount Batur sunrise and Black Lava tour. From the beginning, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire trip. He took us to a great viewing spot where we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise, and the Black Lava adventure was so much fun. What really made the experience special was Nyoman's kindness and professionalism. One thing we especially want to highlight is that he is an excellent photographer! He knew all the best angles and took incredible photos that we will always cherish. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali. We had an amazing Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise tour! Our guide Pandu was fantastic. He took us to one of the best sunrise spots, was very friendly and patient, and helped our group of 3 take so many great photos without rushing us. He made sure we had enough time to enjoy the views and was really helpful throughout the trip. Highly recommend requesting Pandu if you book this tour. I had a fantastic Mount Batur sunrise tour with ⭐️Sunanta & Rawi!!⭐️ They picked me up from Ubud at 3 AM, and I slept comfortably during the 1.5-hour drive thanks to Sunanta's smooth driving. At the Jeep point, I rented a blanket for 50k IDR since the summit was freezing. After an off-road Jeep ride, we arrived an hour before sunrise. Rawi took amazing photos under the starry sky using both an iPhone and a camera. He even suggested great poses! I was so lucky to catch a breathtaking sunrise! Rawi kept taking photos, and they turned out totally Instagrammable. After sunrise, we went to AKASA Cafe in Kintamani (Sunanta's recommendation). Fog rolled in, but the cafe was super cozy and relaxing. Sunanta then picked me up and recorded awesome videos of me. His video skills are top-tier! On the way back, he shared interesting facts about Balinese culture. It was such a comfortable, fun, and happy tour. Highly recommended!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The experience was so much fun. Seeing the sunrise is one of the best experience we had. We were picked up from our hotel by Gede and he is an awesome person and drove us safely around. Ambok is our 4x4 driver, he is so knowledgeable about the place and very interactive with us. My friend and I took the rafting experience and we were both 1st timer to this activity. Our guide was Noman/Norman, he gave us short lectures of what to do and what to expect along our journey. We did had fun and enjoyed the experience. All in all, our guides and driver to this tris were all knowledgeable with their job and this experience is recommended for everyone who wants to go around bali and try some activities

We have jeep driver photographer and driver Darta, very good photo taking. know the good angle . Klook driver (hotel transfer) was also great. I've a good experience from start to end. Klook driver (hotel transfer) was also great. Him and his team Whatsapp me to confirm pickup time and location. This is really unlike my experience from traveloka tour, Klook is much better. Just take note the road to the mountain top for the sunrise tour is very very rocky. it is not suitable for pregnant woman and young kids and elderly(unless fit!)

Our guide, Komamg, and driver, EKA, are truly the best! ❤️❤️🔥 Komamg speaks Korean so fluently that there was no need to use English at all, haha. We're not very good at English, so we highly recommend them to couples like us! They were very considerate throughout the trip, and the journey was so stable that we could relax. And most importantly, the mountain roads are very rough, so driving skills are really important. EKA is truly the best driver; he drove so smoothly and made us feel comfortable. Plus, he takes amazing photos! We highly, highly recommend them to Koreans. ❤️
