West Nusa Penida Snorkeling Day Tour with English-Speaking Guide

Everything was taken care of, from head to toe! Our tour guide, Bapak Dewa, was amazing! Not only that hes super knowledgable, but he is also highly skilled in photography and videos! He was punctual, patient, friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile for his clients! Thank you Bapak Dewa for your hospitality and patience! Definitely recommended!

The guide was great and knowledgeable. would not recommend the snorkelling (done by a separate company from the tour) for first timers, there was barely any guidance on how to snorkel, and didn’t feel like our safety was assured. the views at broken beach, angel billabong was amazing tho, and the guide was very helpful in taking our needs into consideration.

Our tour guide Poetra was the best - he was so friendly, cheerful, funny, and made us feel so welcome on the tour. He looked after us, letting us take rest breaks and even buying us a coconut to drink when we were feeling a bit hot. He also went to great effort to take amazing photos of me and my fiancé when we visited the sites of the island. Such an amazing tour, made even better with our fantastic tour guide - highly recommend!!

Our guide Awed was one of the most awesome and experienced guides I've ever met and we are blessed to have him host us around. He helps us get the best seats on the ferries and chats about interesting topics throughout the trip. We will look him up when we return to Bali next time. The trip was incomplete because there was a documentary shoot at 2 of the beaches out of 3. To be frank, there isn't much time left after snorkelling to visit the beaches and not miss the last ferry out. We were lucky to see manta rays during our first snorkel, but the other 3 sites were normal. The water was clear and visibility was fine, however, the large number of snorkelers made it hard not to bump into anyone. The most disappointing aspect is the promise of videos using a GoPro. We made an effort to pose for the videos twice but at the end of the trip, none was sent to us. I asked for them several times but there was no response nor apology that they had missed out. There was a group chat set up after the trip to share the videos, but most of these videos focused on some Caucasian tourists and not everybody. The snorkelling guide also did not seem warm or engaging - it was as though he was just going through the motion and can't wait for the whole day to be over. I'm quite sure he didn't press the record button on his GoPro when we asked for the shots, but that could be my assumption. I won't be this disappointed if I had captured more moments on my phone, instead of trusting their promise that we won't have to do so because they have it covered. I hope you do improve in this aspect. Scenery was nice but not breathtaking. Maybe it was the flood of tourists that spoiled the fun.

Mixed experience – great land tour, very poor snorkeling The land tour itself was really enjoyable. We had a friendly and helpful guide, and the locations were beautiful and well worth seeing. However, the snorkeling part, which was the main reason I booked this tour, was extremely disappointing. It was rushed from start to finish, the duration was much shorter than expected, and there was a lot of pressure to hurry. We were even told “this is not a private boat, move faster.” The most frustrating part was that Manta Bay, a key highlight, was skipped without any attempt to enter the water. In addition, the overall situation was poorly managed and at times really UNSAFE. Overall, the price does not reflect the quality of the experience provided. If snorkeling is important to you, I would not recommend this tour.

This is GROUP tour when it comes to snorkeling. We do not visit beach mentioned in schedule, just noisy public one
