Reef Fleet Terminal is the meeting point for ferry tickets to Green Island, and I received my ticket at the counter on the far left.The inside of the ship was cool because of the air conditioning.
great service by all the staff on board. Good quick ferry that took off and left on time. no complaints.
Transfer would generally be a great choice. We got unlucky on the day, boat broke down enroute to island so there was significant delays. Alternative transport back to Cairns was organised by the company,but again delayed in arriving back to Cairns
It was shaking so violently that I thought it was an attraction lol Maybe that's why I was handing out motion sickness pills and etiquette bags to those who needed them.
