After booking the repatriation package through Klook, we immediately received the confirmation with complete information. We also got the refund from Klook pretty fast even though in the end we had to pay again the hotel due to the new quarantine rules from Indonesian government. We were also in contact with the hotel so everything was clear. The cleanliness of the hotel was good including the housekeeping, food service was good only the menu could have been a bit more varied as for 2 days the breakfast and lunch menu were similar, laundry service was good, mineral water supply was good as well. Overall it was quite a nice stay at the hotel during the quarantine, although we had to be more proactive regarding the PCR test process before the quarantine ended.

Although the room was relatively spacious, the cleanliness was not very clean, and there were leftovers of food left by previous guests in the refrigerator. Overall, it is well maintained for an old hotel.
