What to expect
Get your luggage delivered from the airport to your accommodations and vice versa with this express on the same day luggage delivery service. If you're arriving at the airport before noon and you plan to explore Rome before heading to your destination; or if you're flight is late at night, and you're already going to check out, you no longer need to carry all that luggage around with you! All you have to do is book, set the delivery time, and then claim your luggage at the airport after 4:00pm or at your accommodations after 6:00pm. You can even choose to have the courier get your luggage before 12:00pm and then you can pick it up at the airport after 9:00am the next day. It's a safe and efficient process that makes sure that you have more time to feel at ease and to explore the rest of the city!

Luggage Services
- Pick up time for luggage delivery from the hotel to the airport must be at least 2 hour(s) before your flight departure time. Any extra cost due to an urgent request will be paid by the customer
- Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 32kg or 70lbs
- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32 inches (length and width total 180 cm)
- The luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase)
- All luggage will be sealed and wrapped

- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Customers will be charged by credit card for additional bags which are not booked in the order
- If the delivery is delayed, LuggAgent will deliver client's luggage to the appointed address by Fedex or DHL, without extra charge
- For luggage delivery to/from the airport, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- For luggage delivery to/from hotel, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge
- For luggage delivery from hotel, upon checkout, drop off your luggage at the front desk and inform hotel that LuggAgent will pick up the luggage (please take a photo of the luggage and storage receipt before leaving the hotel)

Service was great. The agent was already at the Rome airport arrivals when we landed in the morning. Our luggage arrived safely before we checked in the afternoon.
Driver was on time and managed our luggage professionally. Luggage also turned up at the airport promptly, freeing up our hands and feet whilst we took alternative transport from our accommodation to city to airport.

The terminal we were meeting at was contacted incorrectly, so the handover could not go smoothly. Also, taking into account the arrival time of the plane and the time for immigration inspection, the meeting time was set with plenty of time from the scheduled arrival time, so this time I was able to finish immigration inspection early, so I decided to wait until the delivery time. I felt like it was a bit of a waste of time.
