Gili Air Island Snorkeling Tour in Lombok

I met snorkeling guide Hadi at 8am and had a great time with my wife. The private snorkeling with turtles, unnamed fish, and clear blue Gili sea here and there will remain as a beautiful memory for the rest of my life. We booked a private snorkel tour on Gili T. and it exceeded our expectation. Our guide, Aziz, suggested starting earlier at 6.30am explaining that the seas would be calmer and that jellyfish tend to appear late morning — truly the best advice. We caught a stunning sunrise, enjoyed calm waters, and avoided the crowds. Aziz speaks a good English, making communication easy and smooth. Aziz and skipper took special care of our safety. They kept the ropes taut to stabilise the boat as we disembarked despite the waves. Aziz even suffered a jellyfish bite but continued guiding us with dedication. The itinerary was well planned, and they brought us to the islands we wanted. We fed the fishes and got incredibly close to them. Aziz searched for sea grass so we could approach the turtles, and he held his breath underwater just to capture the perfect shots with his Gopro. If you’re considering this tour, look no . Has been a wonderful experience for overall tour. We picked just Gili Air snorkeling tour. JOO picked us from hotel in the morning, Nizar and Hadi were the one on the boat. They were super friendly and very helpful throughout. Me and my husband took turns to snorkeling as we didn't know how to swim, Nizar was very patient and show us the seat turtles, lots of areas where fishes were. They were flexible with schedule and to our surprise Nizar had underwater camera and took photos underwater with sea turtle which became a lifetime memory for me! Just our family of three had a great snorkeling under the friendly guidance of our guide Danny and boat driver. We snorkeled at three great points, had a meal at Air Island, and went swimming before returning. Danny found the turtle and swam with it for a while. In the last point, we also had the experience of feeding fish. After snorkeling, he sent me photos and videos taken with a GoPro, giving me the best shot of a lifetime. Although it is more expensive than the group snorkel, it was not a waste of money at all. Totally recommend!

Our guide, Sahman, took some absolutely wonderful photos for us! He let us try multiple times until we got the best shots. He also helped us in areas with strong currents, which made snorkeling feel very safe. If I had to wish for anything, it would be to visit a few more snorkeling spots. But overall, it was a very satisfying tour!

This experience was outstanding, not joking. If you are in Lombok/Gili Islands just try this activity. My wife can swim on her own, and I am not good swimmer too, however the guide was so nice and supportive🙌🏻Definitely 10/10

It was a really fun experience. I participated with my 10-year-old son. It was my first time snorkeling and I suffer from motion sickness, so I applied for a private tour and it was an excellent choice. Our tour guide Mamet guided us kindly and skillfully and was right there to reassure me so that I didn't have to worry. We saw more turtles than we expected, and the underwater stone statues were mysterious (of course, there were a lot of people around the stone statues, but Mamet took great videos). It was really nice that he filmed the videos with a GoPro and shared them right away. If you are planning to stay in Gili, I highly recommend it. I compared several tours and booking through Klook was the most reasonable!!!

This snorkeling experience was fantastic! The guide was incredibly responsible and attentive, patiently explaining everything we needed to know and constantly looking out for our safety. They led us to schools of fish and coral, and we saw so many beautiful underwater sights. The equipment was clean and complete, and the pace was comfortable, never rushed. The service was thoughtful and thorough, making for an absolutely amazing experience. I highly recommend them; if you're snorkeling here, you must choose this company!
