Very confusing layout, everything look the same. Not many maps or signs. Sidewalks were uneven, alternating between cement, stone, and sand, ; difficult to walk at night, trip hazard. Restaurant food was good; nice beach, filled with artificial sand. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Such a great experience from start to finish. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, nothing felt too much trouble. The setting is beautiful with a view that really makes the stay feel special. Food was delicious too, a lovely bonus on top of everything else. If you're looking for a place that ticks all the boxes, this is it!

Had a wonderful stay here and honestly couldn't fault it. The staff were attentive and genuinely warm, you could tell they actually enjoyed what they do. The views were stunning, the kind you stop and stare at every time you pass a window. And the food? Really good. Fresh, flavorful, and well worth staying in for. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back.

Solo stay · For leisure

If you’re looking for a self contained retreat experience, this property is awesome. Having its own private beach is a plus for that. It’s an older property but beautifully maintained. If you want to venture off the property, though, that’s a different story. It’s isolated, miles removed from the Kuta Beach scene. In my eye, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. I found Kuta Beach to be overrun with locals on the weekend and largely deserted during the week. Didn’t like the aggressiveness of the hawkers either. So I was content to stay at the Novotel and relax most of the time.
