The experience of hot air ballon flight was amazing, going up at first light, experiencing sunrise while in the air and flying over key landmarks of Mudgee. The team was truly professional and took care of us from check-in all the way to the end of breakfast.

Received a text the night before the flight that the balloon is unable to fly. Customer service is quite slow in response. They don’t work in the weekend. In my case, the balloon ride is suppose to be on a Monday. On the Saturday I had a few questions to ask but got no replies.
