Great food which is uniquely Italian. The ambience is also great. Definitely we'll comeback. Initially have a problem accepting my Klook voucher but in the end they accept it and they provide us with a complimentary liter of Ice tea 🙂.
Good service as usual, restaurant staff are very polite, except for the cashier that day who was insisting that they can only accommodate 1 voucher per transaction per day, when it is clearly stated under terms and conditions that there is no limit to the number of vouchers that you can use in one transaction. I even had to show her the terms and conditions of the voucher but she insisted that we can only use 1 voucher. Manager had to intervene and corrected the cashier that they can accommodate more than 1 voucher per transaction.
Thank you for choosing Klook and for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear about your experience on how the staff provided their services. We definitely take your feedback extremely seriously. This has been noted and passed to the local operator for future improvements. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you!
Good food and friendly staff. Though wait time needs a lot of improvement I still had a good experience. Nonna’s special pizza is always a good choice. Loved their burrata!
