The room is super big! Very comfortable! There is plenty of space! The hotel environment is comfortable, the food quality is also good, a very pleasant experience!

The accommodation was pretty good, but the hotel buffet dinner was not as good as a regular dinner. It was not very good.

The hotel service is very good. Someone came to solve the problem quickly when I called the room service. Because it was an anniversary room, it was simply decorated with wine, cake and flowers, which was a surprise.

This time I stayed at the Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel with my family. Although the hotel has a certain history, the room was very clean. I contacted the hotel in advance to request a connecting room. The hotel responded quickly and made proper arrangements. The food at Cafe Kool remains of the same standard!
The dinner buffet was delicious and had many choices. There are also different types of food available for breakfast, which is very satisfying. Victoria Harbor can be seen from the room window, and the scenery is beautiful.
