The Upper House Staycation

Splendid experience! The staff were super accommodating, and the room was super big. We got in room dining credits, so we ordered room service, which was good. The breakfast next morning was great as well, with a nice view of Hong Kong.

The 24-hour flexible accommodation is very good. You can start counting after going to the restaurant until you check out at 3:00 the next day. Although it is only an ordinary room, the bathroom in the upper house is equivalent to a room with a size of more than 300 feet. The most signature is the check-in bathtub, the service is also good, the room is checked in, there is a turndown service and popcorn is also delivered, and a perfect Christmas is left

I booked an Upper House Staycation to celebrate my birthday, but I didn’t expect that I would be diagnosed before I checked in. Fortunately, the hotel arranged a free extension. After I recovered, I happily checked in. I even participated in the yoga class provided by the hotel that night~

The overall level of service is super high! However, it is still not suitable for children, because there is really nothing to play with. It is more suitable for a very relaxing two-person holiday. The children are happy that the bathroom is really good, and the children voluntarily took two baths. The bathroom equipment is very new and convenient and comfortable. In terms of food, our package includes breakfast, and the breakfast is somewhat simple, but the scenery is beautiful. Generally speaking, if it is suitable for two people/personal escape, there may be other better choices for the family~ But the bathroom in the upper house is indeed better than other hotels!

It turns out that The Upper House is the floor above the JW Marriott. The sea view suite was arranged on the 47th floor. The view is beautiful, the rooms are large, and it feels more homely. It feels a little different from Four Seasons/Mandarin/Rosewood. Introduction, there is a butler feel, in terms of food, the tea set tastes average, but the breakfast is not bad, and I recommend Japanese style. Appreciate its snack bar. There are different types of drinks, including milk, healthy food, soft drinks, and even beer. Basically, you can drink all kinds of wine except Zuohong. There are also snacks such as chocolate cakes, nuts, and fudge Wait (It’s fun to have a party, but only 3-4 boxes for 2 people)

The Upper House really lives up to its reputation! Take advantage of your wedding anniversary and try this top-notch hotel. The package package includes a stay in the 1,000-square-foot sea view suite, a tea set and morning set menu at the Salisterra restaurant, in-room Maxi bar snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, and in-room movies. Thanks to the hotel for arranging a high-rise room and a one-hour late check-out. The housekeeping department and the restaurant also sent desserts to congratulate us. The room is very spacious and comfortable. After living in it, I feel that the designer has carefully considered the needs of the guests, and many details have been done very thoughtfully. Of course, we must mention the hotel’s many check-in points, such as the invincible bathtub in the room, the outdoor steps on the first floor, the entrance to Salisterra, etc. The food in the hotel is also of high quality, and the staff are courteous and professional. It would be more perfect if there are more smiles. No wonder users of this hotel have always had high ratings. Of course, the price is a bit higher, but I really feel that it is worth the money and is worth recommending.

On the weekend of the first wedding anniversary, my husband and I chose to stay at the Upper House again, and confirmed the details with the Upper House by email in advance. Last time I stayed in a room with mountain views on the left, this time I wanted to live in a room with sea views but I forgot to inform the staff in advance 🥲 The staff said that this time I will arrange a room with mountain views on the left. I can change it if I want, but when I entered the room with mountain views, I found that there were decoration arrangements left. There are a few surprises, so there is no transfer. But compared to the room type I stayed in last time, there is less cloakroom on the left, which is indeed more harmful. When the staff explained the facilities in the room, I heard that there was a problem with the toilet tank. In fact, I didn't care about it, but her careful and proactive attitude to follow up the problem made me very appreciate! The shortcoming that I didn't notice when I checked in last time was the sound insulation of the room/floor, which made me very stunned. I heard a large group of people upstairs and downstairs screaming in the room at 5:00 in the afternoon. More than once or twice, I was frightened by screams in the room, and I called Zuobi to follow up with the front desk staff. The follow-up was completed within half an hour without calling again. In fact, I know it has nothing to do with the hotel, but it affects me. Intention to stay again in the future. The Klook package I bought this time comes without a bag of popcorn (the one I bought from Klook last year was a bag, and my husband likes the popcorn), but it includes a dinner on the left. The restaurant is The Continental, outside the lobby of The Upper House. The outdoor location on the same floor, I thought it was the entrance to Pacific Place. After nightfall, I felt that the location was hidden and difficult to find. I took a big circle on the left to find it first. I arrived at the restaurant on time, the staff was nice, and there were wishes on the tasting menu. Happy 1st anniversary to me, what makes me Surprise, I asked the staff to recommend the side wines to drink, and after I tried it, I ordered the left one for myself to drink, and I can take it to the hotel room whether I drink it or not. Keep drinking. The breakfast is served in the restaurant on the 49th floor of the hotel. The staff quickly arranged to be seated. I personally recommend Japanese and Hong Kong-style breakfast! After breakfast, return to Zuoluo room to rest for a while and then check out. All in all, it is worth a try if you have never stayed before. The staff at The Upper House is efficient! Careful service! I don't know what to say this time, it seems like a lot of things happened, but The Upper House actually offers free weekend yoga class for residents, but unfortunately I didn't have time to go there this time. I only hope that in the future, when I have the ability to stay in the Suite room type, I will not encounter the unexpected situations mentioned above again.

The Upper House usually sends an email in advance from the hotel, but they don't have it. When I go to them at 14:00, they arrange for us to sit for a while and check in in about 5 minutes. The service attitude and quality are good, but I When I booked, I actually wrote that I wanted to check out at 13:00 late and check out at 13:00. Because of the rework time on the high floor, they didn't mention it when I got there, so I didn't ask any more. Check out at 11:45 and call me at 11:45. I'm leaving. The movie is new and the Mini bar is all-you-can-eat. I am happy to live in the 44/F room. The room is big enough, beautiful, and high enough, but the dust on the furniture is so thick. Ask me if I wash or not, and I don't have a good attitude when it comes to housekeeping When I bite a foot, I thought the carpet was not clean and there were lice, but the waiter said that the carpet is because the outdoor door is always open and mosquitoes are in the sun. I bit 7 mosquitoes on the left and then they sprayed me with mosquitoes, but I was afraid of water. It's really good. The food is good, but I'm constantly relieving itching and I can't take care of it. I have a good breakfast. I have a lot of choices. The service attitude is good. Overall, it has a good design style and feels like home.
