Perth Rockingham Tandem Skydive Experience

The staff at Skydive Australia were prompt in their updates and remained contactable when my session had to be rescheduled due to bad weather on the day of the booking. Purchased the video and photo package separately at location (cashless payment only). My tandem master, Shani, was professional throughout. Follow the masters' instructions and you will be fine. Was contemplating a lot but decided to just do it!!!!! Was a memorable first experience, the whole process was quick, friendly and oddly calming 😎 Guide was super professional! The flight up and the jump - exhilarating. Got to control the parachute for abit it was so much fun!

The booking is seemless. The skydive experience is amazing. Staffs are all great.

Booked for Thursday 11am. Received an email on Wednesday saying that my slot has been changed to 930am. I asked whether any later slots available as i had to travel quite far to reach Rockingham and was told that 930am was the latest slot as per their safety advisor. So i woke up at 630am and reach Rockingham at 915am - 15misn earlier as per request. Once there though, i was told i have been rescheduled to 1030am(!) by the counter lady and they had send out a notification. I checked - the email was sent only at 907am. Counter lady was apologetic (said something about an instructor falling sick and had to pull out) and apparently there was no problem with later slots now. 1030am came and went, before the previous group finally returned on the van at 11isham (which was my original booking time).. Other than this, the sky dive itself was an experience and the instructor was friendly and chatty. Felt safe. However still quite a bit of travelling and waiting to do, with the first stop at the landing point on the beach to pick up the instructors who came down with another group, before travelling again to the airport. Basically factor in at least half a day for this

operator reschedule to 9.30am from my 11am original slot. then on the day of activity, only inform has to cancel at 8am. i am already on the way there. cancellation is due to weather and no further explanation given. then at the shop, would like to reschedule to another day and they inform could be thunderstorm on that day. but i still see them selling the activity for 3 March. it is weird. anyway, i think is better choose other operator. klook will process the refund now, hopefully will be fast as need to monitor. because this activity is not cheap. wasted a day of my trip too. they suppose to inform earlier.

An exhilarating and once in a lifetime experience! Instructors were cool and good.

The skydive did not happen because the operator cancelled three times. It was so unfortunate and was really looking forward but it is what it is. heartbreaking and kindly work on the refund.
