The panoramic room is comfortable. The Club lounge is big and nice. Feel like home. Staff service is good. The scone in the afternoon tea is delicious, and the other bags and desserts are pretty good. The club lounge has a good atmosphere at night. There are many snacks in the Evening cocktail, but the cake is the same as the afternoon tea. There are many kinds of wine, no cocktail. It’s fun to mix cocktail by yourself. Breakfast is average. The restaurant for breakfast is very big and there are not many guests, but all the guests sit in a small area. There are people walking in the front, back, left, and right, and it is uncomfortable to sit. The tea restaurant feels. The swimming pool has a holiday feel, so relax.

Long wait for check-in at Lounge on 36/F. Staff let us to sit and wait while providing some soft drinks. After about 30 mins of waiting, we got the room and rested a bit before the tea time. Room was nice with mainly city and a bit sea view. Food choices were not many even in cocktail. Breakfast in the cafe was fair. Tried the rooftop pool which was awesome.

I would like to thank everyone who made our stay incredibly amazing It started with Reception where Celta greeted us warmly and she was very courteous and and happy looking girl. we checked into the hotel And our next stop was the lounge, The food was incredible everything was simply perfect at the lounge under the supervision of the manager on duty Dan, He was very considerate about what we needed and after a small chat he told us about how much he is in love with this hotel, In reply I also told him that I am in love with this hotel too because this is the second time I'm visiting the hotel in less than 6 months After we were greeted by Dan the Manager on duty, he was happy to serve us Sparkling wine before we started our afternoon tea. We had an opportunity to speak to another young and a very enthusiastic / energetic staff working in the lounge Jonah, He told us about his experience as a student when he was studying hotel management in his university moreover He offered to make us his signature cocktail for which I will attach the pictures in my feedback. People like Dan / Jonah & Celta (if her name is correct) are desperately needed in the hotel Industry which Hong Kong clearly lacks. As I come from an hotel industry I know how much we care about our guests in my country. Fabulous staying experience on the executive floor. Staff are very attentive to details and polite. We used the gym and enjoyed the snacks at tea and happy hour slot. Breakfast buffet has decent selection too. The xmas light deco in the room added extra delight.

Booked deluxe club room with club lounge privilege. Lounge is located at 36F with astonishing city view. Teaset is great with varieties of cakes and drinks. free-flow cocktail is also served during night time.
