- Please note: Do not tamper with your card. Do not bend, write on, scratch, tap, cut, or attach stickets/photos/other accessories on it. In these above cases, transactions will not be honored and the remaining stored value will not be refunded
- Your e-Money card can be reloaded by cash at thousands of locations throughout Bali (ex. Indomaret, Alfamart, ATM of Bank Mandiri, etc.)
- Minimum top-up is IDR50,000
- Maximum balance is IDR2,000,000
- If the Mandiri e-Money card is lost, Bank Mandiri will not block, physically replace the card, or refund the remaining balance
- If the Mandiri e-Money card is damaged, Bank Mandiri will not block or physically replace the card, but Bank Mandiri will refund the remaining balance after deducting administrative costs
- Mandiri e-Money balance checks can be done using the Mandiri online application with NFC-enabled Android phones, at ATMs, and at merchant channels that have collaborated with Bank Mandiri
- Please note: You can use your prepaid e-Money card for the following purposes:
- Toll payment (Jabodetabek, Bandung, Medan, Palikanci, Semarang, Bali, Surabaya, and Makassar)
- Parking and electronic parking terminal payment
- MRT, Commuterline, and Railink payment
- Transjakarta bus, Transjogja bus, and Batik Solo Trans payment
- Retail shopping payment (Indomaret and Alfa Group)
- Payment in stores, attractions, or restaurants with the e-Money logo

Card is useful for a lot of things indeed, but the redemption counter staff (it’s outsourced by Mandiri) don’t quite know what’s happening. My $50 card was initially only loaded with $2. Only found out as I tried to use the card to pay for airport parking, then I had to detour and wait for another 45 mins while the staff sorted this out with their colleagues over WhatsApp—this was near midnight!

It’s convenience for you to make payment without holding so much cash and coins. Once your order is confirmed, you just had to go to Javamifi booth at terminal 3 international departure. The booth just located behind traveloka booth. Don’t be confuse with terminal 3 arrival’s javamifi booth as it only provide simcard. For top up you can go to indomaret. Tips, if you arrive soetta in group, let your companion to assist you to guard the bags. Because you need to queue up and scan your bags.
I bought this card to take transport. It saves my time as I do not need to queue to buy a single trip ticket.
