Pick Up and Drop Off Information:
- For Kansai International Airport Pick-up: Please head to EasyGo counter located in T1 International Arrival Hall 1F north exit, and receive boarding ticket at the counter by exchanging with a QR voucher. A staff will then guide you to the bus boarding location
- For other locations: Please be at the pick up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time
- No refunds will be issued for no shows and latecomers
- For 8:10am pick up service from Kansai Airport, please contact the driver to confirm your booking

Very convenient, no need to go to busy with people who have to take a train, we use the bus, easy to sit there, there are only a few people, very convenient, recommend to use
In terms of redemption, I was only slightly dissatisfied with the customer service, because I asked if I would baggage. The customer service said no, but it turned out to be 2 bags.
It is better to call them up to reconfirm before your actual departure date. When I asked the hotel reception to call them, they told the hotel there was no reservation under my name. I also walked to the pick up point and asked the staff who worked there but they said they have never seen any airport pickup bus outside their shop. I was 30mins early at the pickup point on my departure day. It was a mini-van instead of a bus. The person-in-charge Ms Du said they have already informed the shop about it. Maybe they don’t remember. The driver Mr Yan was very efficient and when we reached the 2nd pickup point, we waited for 20mins for the passenger but nobody turned up. So the driver moved off. Thanks again to Klook support, Ms Du & Mr Yan.
The customer service confirmed the place and time of boarding by email one day before boarding, and informed the determined waiting position. On the same day, there will be service staff to help scan the QRcode and you can drive to the airport! I really recommend that this service does not require large bags to go up and down the subway tram, and that time is the only person at that time on the day, family travel is equivalent to a chartered car
Not complicated, fast, good driver. Just need to know where to walk from the stop. The car goes to the hotel far, but using google map survey results before traveling, so do not waste time, upset next time will come to use the service again. thank you Klook

I thought the bus was not expected to be a minibus, a chartered car for 6 people. Maybe there are not many people who know it!
